LOVE THE EASY CUSTOMIZATION
Great Product
I LOVE the bag but I was a little disappointed to see the monogram was not embossed on the black leather bag. It's just a tag that doesn't stay on very well. I even reached out to customer service before ordering to make sure the black leather St. Anne tote included a black embossed tag, like the brown one. :(
It was really easy I am scared about the fedex I've had bad experience with them but I hope it gets to me safe

I am unfamiliar with Barrington products but they look so cute online. I ordered a bag that was part of the "my initials" page, not one I designed/built, so I paid a discounted price. I'm glad I went that route for my first Barrington because I am NOT impressed with the quality and would have been extremely disappointed/upset if I had paid full price. I'm glad these bags are a hit with some folks & I wish the company well, but I don't expect to consider buying their products again.

It would be nice if all your bags had a picture of a model showing the size. Glad to see you've added pictures of all the insides of your bags, the pockets are wonderful.
The steps for ordering the Clear Katie Pouch are out of order. You don't know that when you pick the "color" that it is for the monogram. You are led to believe you are picking a stripe, (when I didn't want a stripe). So the process is confusing. When you pick the style of monogram both choices read it will be placed on the bottom right. Not a good spot, but then it shows the monogram on the top right which is a great spot.
A double zip closure on the makeup bag is something I think would be nice.
I ordered the St. Anne Diaper Bag for my daughter and she said I would love the size and all of the pockets, so I ended up getting one for myself. I hope the nylon lining holds up because I love the bag.
We hope you run a great sale for Christmas. It was really nice to get 20% off with no limitations, (we bought 5 bags between the 2 of us). My daughter and I love all of our many Barrington Bags.
