This little bag for my granddaughter was great. It had the darker leather. The earlier bag I purchased for myself was awful with the light leather. The light leather stains and looks awful after only using the bag for a very short time.
My order was not correct. I contacted customer service but have not received a reply. My order was a custom order. The leather color was incorrect. This is the second time I have ordered from this company. My first experience was great, but I'm very unhappy with this experience.

The bag I ordered on May 12th was the first one I have ever ordered with the light leather...I am SO disappointed in it :( Wish I would never have ordered it...the leather spots and it just looks awful after only a week or so using it. I don't know if this is a problem, always, with the light leather...but I HATE it! This is the first bag from you all that I have been disappointed with...just really unhappy right now :(

The light leather is SO much better looking and feminine than the dark. I was disappointed in my wine cooler because I thought it was going to be light leather based on the photo. It was such a pleasant surprise to have it arrive that way for my diaper bag!
