It took way too long to receive order. This was likely the shipments fault and not yours, but it was still aggravating to get notice of delivery and then it be extended over and over. I do like the purse, but do not know if I'll order again. I will have to carry it for a while to see. I wish the inside pockets were up a little bit higher. Everything you put into them basically is at the bottom of your purse. So I will see if I get used to it. But I do think the quality is good. Thank you
I ordered the Norfolk Crossbody and LOVE it! It is great looking and the perfect size! It fits everything, yet it's not too big. I will be buying again!

I am a huge fan and recommend your company to friends and colleagues. However, I'm not sure about this bag. The leather, zipper and pull all seem to be of lesser quality. Has something changed? New supplier?
I placed 2 orders with Barrington. They both came in in a timely manner. The bags are both very beautiful! Such high quality and they even came in cute packaging! It felt like Christmas when my daughter found it on the doorstep and brought it to me! I now have 3 Barrington bags and even ordered my mom one for Mother's Day. She loves it! So do I!
It was stated that I would get an email notification when the handbag was on its way, I never received such email. I called customer service asking about the shipping/delivery and did not get a return call. My handbag arrived, and luckily I was in town/home to receive the package.
