The website is really not user friendly if you start the process on the mobile site. I had been going between two different stripe colors for my friends gift & once I finally decided & placed the order, it was the one that I chose first but then had changed but for some reason it did not save. She will like either color so I didn't contact you but it was frustrating

I had a fabulous experience! I bought a Barrington Belmont Cabin bag and St Charles Yacht Tote about 5 years ago, and wanted another coordinating piece for that collection. The pattern was no longer available online, so I sent a picture in to your fabulous customer service team. They were able to recreate the same black and white striped pattern, and I got a gorgeous new St Anne Zipper tote to complete my set.
In a testament to the quality of the products, the new bag is as fresh, bright, and clean as my well-loved 5-year-old luggage set. You can't tell I bought them at separate times.

Website needs some serious attention - had to re-create the item many times before getting it to add to the cart. Also would be fantastic if my delivery didn't require a signature to release! Especially during a global pandemic! Other than that, I really like what I purchased. I get many compliments on my bag and accessories.
Great product a little pricey for what you get but I will purchase again.
This bag is soft and comfortable not stiff.

Bag is bent and handles were shoved into the box carelessly making them all creased and bent to the side so they do not fall in the center. Looks disheveled. I have ordered from you guys before and never had issues. Also, it took 3 weeks to arrive and it was not here in time to gift it to birthday girl...I was going to order another one for myself but not sure if I will now.
They did not give me my 10% discount... and when I call customer service I didn't get answer...Everything else was good.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new bag! It's perfect! This is my second purchase from Barrington. I will buy again!
