I received a gift card which I used for my new tote. I love the tote, the quality is great and it's very large which is what I was hoping for. I found the website to not be very intuitive and the communication around ordering/shipping to not be very thorough. I also found the products to be priced a bit expensively.
In all, I love my bag and will use it well, but there are a few opportunities for improvement that I believe will make the bag more worth the cost.

My experience shopping with Barrio Tom was amazing. The purse I ordered was easy to customize and was deli orders in the stated timeframe.

The website had a bunch of problems. It was completely unusable on Safari (my default) and only became marginally better when I switched to Chrome. Once in Chrome, I twice placed something in the shopping cart to have it disappear. I really cared about the tote so on my third attempt, I abandoned an additional purchase I had planned to make (accessory bag). Another time I had trouble getting the stripe to show up on the bag... but only on certain patterns. It drove me to pick a pattern that I liked a little less just because I couldn't get it to work with my desired pattern.
