The customer service that was provided with concerns on my most recent order and my first ever order is service that cannot be compared. I have never experienced such amazing service as I have received from Barrington Gifts. My first tote was a gift for my birthday in July and one of my two Christmas wishlist items is another style of the same tote. Love your products and service. Great company!

The quality of the bags I see on Instagram is not what I received. The monogram is cheaply printed on to the bag and looks bad up close.
