Lousy customer service and poor product description

I purchased the Oster 76 clippers from Barber Depot. When they arrived, there were zero combs included. The clippers are almost useless by themselves. I contacted Barber Depot the same day they arrived. The company was no help at all. Never again will Barber Depor get a penny from me or those I work with...

Great customer service

I purchased a Whal replacement blade and it arrived within a few days. I opened it up and as I was putting it together I noticed a prong was broken. I contacted them them the same day and was able to send pictures and so they sent me another one. I believe it was manufacturing defect as they had securely packed it well. I am so pleased with the service and will be ordering from them again.
