This company is 100% in India and pretending to be a US company. They have attempted fraud on my order twice, and I will not be trying them again. I selected the option for NO PROOF needed so my order wouldn't be delayed. They then proofed it anyway causing a 4 day delay. To alleviate the delay and get my printed banners before our Grand Opening, I was forced to pay almost $300 for overnight shipping. Then they shipped the banners folded up into small rectangles, causing crease lines which resulted in the printing being torn away and damaged along with the fabric being abrased and ruined. This happened on all (6) double-sided banners. I was forced to pay the local print shop nearly double to replicate this order in rush timing to get it on time. When I tried to resolve it with BannerBuzz, I uploaded 8 photos of the damage. They asked me to upload a video "showing all the banners together" which I did. I was told it would be resolved in 4 hours or less... However 2 days later they said I would receive a small discount for the trouble, other than that there would be no resolution. The scammed me with my turnaround time, then scammed me with a proof, then lied about timelines, the reasons it was damaged and when they couldn't get the shipper to pay for their mistake, they again put it back on me. But I refuse to pay for damaged printed items, that are unusable, I refuse to be scammed repeatedly and I refuse to let them keep doing it over and over. This is America and we have standards and protections against these types of predators. If you would like audio recordings of these interactions or to seem email correspondence or what I uploaded to their site to resolve them, then message me and I will be glad to show you everything they are doing to de-fraud people and get away with crappy quality items, they expect people to just accept. I've attached pctures of the 6 damaged banners that cost me $1,200 and cannot be turned over to my customer, as they would never pay me for damaged banners that have been folded up and now have tears everywhere. This company has ZERO customer service. What a joke. RUN AWAY FROM THEM!

We are sorry for any difficulties you faced while designing your artwork. Since our design tool is built specifically to create a design, a fully blank canvas cannot be saved. Thus, you had to add a black border to the canvas to proceed.

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
