Answer: It is an absolute scam. Please avoid at all cost. I had a horrible experience and got scammed for £200
Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
