First time ordering a flag with them, they were very informative and quick at producing the flag, however when it arrived in England the delivery service went down hill. I received a text message on the 5th saying it would arrive by the 9th then I watched the tracking as it went all over the place finally arriving on the 11th. When it arrived I was disappointed to see that, as it had only been printed on one side it did not look anything like I had expected, its a shame that the preview did not show how both sides would look. Being a flag I would have expected the black background to show both sides but its more of a grey which kind of spoilt it.
First time ordering a flag so far very helpful and efficient service
Surprised by expensive shipping costs but the banner material is amazing. Used at first expo and I know it will survive being stuffed into the banner bag (included) and brought out again in a year.
Frustrating as my order did not arrive on time this is the second order I have done with you no issues the first time but I believe there where issues with your courier this time

It does take time to receive the delivery so order well ahead of time.

But when received writing to small to see

Tshirt print washed off after first wash at 30° with t-shirt turned inside out, to leave only a very faint print. Very disappointed- do not order from this company if you want something you can wash... :(

Also, as we can checked our designer had sent you the proof and it was clearly mentioned that the font in your artwork was not in a standard size, a minimum of 7 pt is needed for text. We proceeded the order into production after your artwork approval.
