Spoke to sales person unable to understand accent. It made the whole experience difficult and let wondering what I ordered.

Easy to use and am a repeat client and product was delivered safely

Really easy to design on-line, even though one of the photos I uploaded would be slightly out of focus they contacted me to make sure I was happy, they emailed a real life size, and I chose to go ahead with order. The huge posters were brilliant for my Best Man's Speech.

I'm sometimes wary of the online only portals, in this case it was unwarranted. Very easy to use, even for a dinosaur like me, back up of a telephone number ( which I used) and delivered ontime. Great service. Thanks you. Simon

Once again, BannerBuzz came trumps with our order of 6 banners of different sizes. Their designers improved the image of the design we submitted, and their web chat support was excellent too. Banner Buzz was recommended to us 2 years ago, and I would recommend them to others without hesitation both on quality off service and price.

Banner arrived before EDD, which is great. Quality print, exactly what we were after.

Unfortunately, one of our banners had gone missing after our gig last Friday, so we will be ordering another soon.

Extended delivery date may put some people off, mine arrived a lot quicker than I was expecting, which for me was good. Good quality sign put up, very visible colour, good size for the price, has solved our parking problem. Happy Days.

First of all it took three goes to get the proof right - my artwork kept getting altered away from how it was supposed to be. Then the flags arrived with a black edge that was not wanted nor mentioned on any of the proofs.

Site was easy to navigate.

More templates required for my needs of organising craft fayres but were happy to use what I sent.

Ensure you're happy with the preview before they make and despatch.

Good overall. Very pleased with the service and very good price for the business cards. One helpful suggestion: the artwork should be kept for at least a year (not just 90 days) - this would make reordering much simpler.

I am extremely pleased and grateful for all the help from your inside team. The quality of the product, assistance with graphics and the customer services is top level however your distribution partner lets you down. UPS were 4 days late in delivering the banner. There were no updates and no information on their tracking facility, zero communication from UPS. Their tracking platform simply said "dellivery on the way" and that was the message all week. So I am left somewhat annoyed with paying a fee of over £10. For shoddy delivery. Banner Buzz - 10+ marks UPS - 0

My designs were apparently not of the recommended resolution for my requirements and having the free design team support was a very good facility. However, the website doesn't make it clear how the problem would be resolved and it took a call to a representative that you have to pay for your order before the design team address the issue. This was quickly addressed and the end product was great.

Easy to use, though not as precise as I would have liked. In this instance, it was quite simple. Please do not send any more of your emails to me - they are becoming extremely annoying. Also, please do not answer to this feedback. I am a very busy man.

Very easy to design the banner with the website tools (at least if you are not a very fuzzy designer). Price was also good compared to other sites, I would say the cheapest I could find. Still dont understand why so much charge for shipping but got the promotional code to put the price down a lot, basically free shipping. I dont mind paying for shipping fees, it is understandable, but asking £19 (!) In anycase very happy with the result and the quality of the product. Thanks very much.
