So far so good. Two things: Downloadable templates or die-lines would be very helpful. I wish we could preview the designs first.
I ordered these in January and was unable to approve the proofs. I found the order process to be difficult and unnecessarily complicated. I just needed to be able to approve the proofs but that option was not available as far as I could tell. Although my phone number was on file, no one contacted me to notify us that the order was being cancelled or to see if we required assistance in completing the order.
They sent me a botched product.They refused to take responsibility for it saying I sent a faulty image. I then tried another company and it was perfect.

Tried to get service and called regarding order and put in for a call back. When I received the call back it was a recording telling me to go to the website for chat assistance. Poor service process when a promise to recieve a called back was requested.
Ordered before from BB but not impressed. This is a test order to see if I will order for my three rinks I manage.
The payment part of your site seems to be really buggy. If your site hadn't come recommended by other vendors I would have thought it was a scam site. 3 times I had to enter my payment info for it to finally go through and I'm wondering if you m if he have processed payment twice for the same order as twice I confirmed Apple Pay payment. But the first time never went to a confirmation screen, just froze and I never got confirmation email etc. Also spelling errors on sites make me weary- on the payment page at the bottom beside the orange "place order" button it says payment summery (should be summary). Anyways I pray you only charged me once and my order arrives but let's just say I'm not feeling very confident right now.
Update- I received my order in a reasonable time. Wish the table covers were folded properly rather than being so rumpled in the bag they were shipped in. Otherwise seems good quality.

Regular machine wash at regular temperature using a mild detergent and wash
Drying Options:
Dry flat for best resultsDrip or line dry tumble dry at the gentlest setting
Removing Wrinkles:
If fully dry, iron at high temperature using plain paper in between the fabric and the iron plate. It moist, iron at moderate temperature using plain paper in between the fabric and the iron plate. Do not iron when soaked.

Also, during the checkout process, I wanted to add a separate billing address to my shipping address. Once I entered both addresses and pressed Continue, the form seemed to deselect both addresses and then was unclickable. This caused me to have to refresh and retype both addresses three times before it finally worked.
I got it in the end, but the process was somewhat painful. I just hope my designs were processed correctly, and don't turn out to be the black boxes that showed up when trying to re-edit my designs.
It had good SEO and was the first google search result for my area.

The preview for my sign should show it as the actual small street sign, not the entire portrait file. The sign didn't actually get cut out to be a small street name sign. The recipient now needs to cut the sign out of the larger piece of metal in order to be able to use it.

Website a little difficult to go back and forth in. Then once i ordered the product i could not get through by phone or email to discuss shipping issues and delivery delays. Only mode of communication was the CHAT window with a LONG wait.
So hard to get a hold of ANYONE... Website claims a 24/7 telephone #... waited on hold may times only to be told i HAD to leave a message. AND then was NEVER called back... after 4 messages.

The company DID act fast and refunded me promptly, wheter on good conscience or to save face. I wont go back again but am glad they handled it.
I purchased a simple banner from them and they royally screwed it up. The product sent was lighter in color (nothing like the original picture sent) and had white blotches on it. Second, the item was made of the cheapest material ever, and upon more research I found that the company is actually from India, using a "suite" in Georgia as their main address. STAY AWAY AND GO TO ALLSTATE BANNERS INSTEAD. Now im stuck with this cheap piece of crap and guess what? They offer no help getting refunds and could care less since they are located thousands of miles away. BE WARNED.
We ordered an exhibit backdrop (printing with hardware) well in advance of our event. When we followed up a few days before our event, we were notified our hardware was out of stock. There was no plan to get us what we needed. We were really counting on that backdrop. We paid several hundred dollars for our order. And, to make a long story short, we got our hardware a day AFTER the tradeshow. Whatever happened to doing whatever it takes to make it right for the customer? I wouldn't be writing this if they had let us know about the issue ahead of time. We may have had time to come up with a Plan B. But, as it happened, we only found out about it when we followed up. Please please fix this.
