I paid $******* for a 30 day free trial. Difficulties getting a refund when I returned the bed, and they only returned $8000 back to me. I asked for a further $2000 to be returned, but not forthcoming.
How's that for a free trial?
The bed itself had a lovely soft mattress. The massage function was variable although not to my liking. The zero-G function was - I can only say minimal. Hardly noticeable. The foot raise and head raise was not functional on one side of the bed. Delivery was poor and unfinished, and follow up support was non-existent. I offered $100 an hour for the delivery man (a local) to come back and help. No reply.
The bed is made of iron, (very heavy), made in China, not German as advertised. So heavy that you won't want to re-package and return it.
TV advertising was grossly exaggerated. Don't be deceived. Take it at half value.
