I am very pleased that my iPad arrived earlier than expected. Also it is in super great condition. The only problem I've had is that the plug that was sent with it will not charge, but I have several of them anyway.

Yes, I certainly was skeptical about going forward and deciding on a new Dyson Vacuum. I spent a week looking at new ones, sales, promotions and didn't want to spend 500.00 on a gift for my daughter in law.,
I hesitantly chose one on Back Market, and worried till it arrived if it would even be delivered.
No problems whatsoever! It arrived in perfect condition and is working great. It is cleaning and the suction for dog hairs is marvelous. It didn't have a manual, but that was stated on the right up so just went on line.
I definitel y use this site again, maybe for a watch or phone when time comes. I saved over two hundred dollars and got equally as good as brand new.,

I neede to replace my old iPad Air which had a cracked screen and was too old to receive updates. Looking for something just a few years old and found it. The web site is easy to use. Backmarket.com is a great site for anyone looking for a cheap but great item. The phone I bought works amazing and it arrived a week and a half early. Their customer service is amazing they answered my questions super fast and were extremely helpful and respectful to me. I 100% recommend this site to anyone who wants to buy any refurbished electronics. I couldn't be any more pleased with the entire experience.

I was impressed with the quality of the IPhone X that I ordered for my Granddaughters husband. It arrived in great shape and he had no problem setting it up. I just ordered another one for my Granddaughter. Price was very good as well.

When I decided to purchase a refurbished phone I was very skeptical due to the fact that I had brought two refurbished phones a few years ago and they were garbage from the beginning. After reading other reviews of back market and my daughter doing thorough research, I took the chance, and they had phenomenal prices. Overall our purchase has been great. I've bought two phones from Back Market so far. The first one went perfectly - item was as described and shipping was prompt and speedy. The second also shipped quickly, but the phone arrived with more scratches than what was advertised. I contacted customer service with a photo, they immediately accepted the return, refunded me, and I was able to order a replacement that arrived just as advertised. Back Market has proven themselves to me, and I now check anytime I'm looking for electronics. Go

I ordered and paid for a laptop from the Back Market website. I immediately got an email confirming my order. I was checking status of the order through that Back Market website but there has been no change. I tried to contact the reseller (Second Chance Tech) using the link in the Back Market site and it is not available because the reseller has to not validated or shipped by order. After 7 days, Back Market cancels the order and blames the reseller. There was no apparent way to contact Back Market or Second Chance Tech to get any information. I think this is a scam. I would not purchase anything from either one.

As a big fan of buying refurbished electronics, Back Market really came through. Everything about the phone is as it was described. Works fine, holds a decent charge. I will definitely recommend it to anybody I know looking for something like this. I am currently keeping my eye on a MacBook Pro. Hopefully soon.!

I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this site. I found an incredible deal on an iMac after searching for a couple days. I put the order in and a week later when the shipment finally comes in - IT'S THE WRONG COMPUTER. The specs are about a quarter of the speed, a quarter of the memory and 3 years older than what I purchased. There isn't a number to contact BackMarket directly so you have to put up with a bunch of delayed emails via their site. Since they are only a middle man for the suppliers they basically said sorry, see if the supplier (Deal Plan IT) has another one. No they don't. Imagine that. It brings up the question of "how do you end up sending the wrong computer?" You would have to check the specs before you put it in the box, no? Is this some sort of scam? Are they fleecing people out of money who don't know how to check the specs on their computer? Is BackMarket even vetting their suppliers? What sort of protections are in place for the consumer here!?!? In the end, I have to end up shipping the computer back to get my refund and I'm out the time and money (from loss of revenue). I'd steer clear of this company - they don't deliver what they promise.

Just wanted to say back market is great. Excellent communications with sellers.
And that is a reflection of back market's team work. During covid most companies have terrible customer service. But back market sellers communications and actions have all been stellar. I easily give a 5 star rating and will buy other items in the future!
