I ordered two phones from this site; iPhone 8 and Samsung Galaxy S9+. My iPhone got obliterated in 2 months but that's probably just because iPhones suck. I now have the galaxy and it is great. Only issues I have is that both phones came with minor scratches on the screen and my galaxy came with an off brand, short charger. Overall, great quality!

I purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad to use as I am entering college for my associates degree. I decided to go with refurbished because it was more affordable, I was able to get both the laptop (in excellent condition) and a protection plan that will cover both years I'll be in school and still save some money. I appreciated that Back Market is focused on cutting back on the waste that electronics can produce, particularly in a culture so obsessed with the newest and best. My experience with Back Market was smooth and enjoyable, the seller got back with me within a few hours after I reached out, and I have not had issues with the product. Also, I appreciate that they have a pretty affordable and comprehensive protection plan, I have not yet had to file a claim so I can't speak to that, but so far I am hoping for the best! Overall, No problems so far and would greatly recommend to anyone who is environmentally conscious or is trying to save some money.

The phone I ordered turned up locked. This was apparently a mistake by the vendor Mazuma. I contacted them through backmarket and they offered to unlock it which would take two weeks. I assumed this would be done but they subsequently asked for the IMEI number, even thought this is information they already had. By the time I had registered that they wanted this information 2 weeks had passed. It will apparently take a further 2 weeks to get the unlock code. There was not even an apology offered!

Samsung Galaxy S9 with 256GB was advertised as in excellent condition, and I couldn't believe the price was only $185 - I even checked with the customer service chat to confirm it was the real deal. I was actually quite suspicious, but when the phone arrived it turned out it was simply an amazing deal - it indeed was in a near-perfect condition, and when I checked the battery with Accubattery app the health was marked as 86%, which was more than I had hoped for.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would definitely come back here to browse and buy.

So far we are pleased the device. All of our back market purchases are great. We even had to return a device and back market was very helpful through the hole process.

Was very skeptical at first never ordered refurbish anything. But to my surprise the phone looked new with no problems will order another phone in future on phone so couldn't send pic sorry

Holy ****. My iPhone 8 from Buyback Boss is described as "Fair: minor scratches and dents on screen on body. Might be visible"

The moment I saw the word "scratches and dents... might be visible" I was damn SCARED like WTF. Even worse... the price on this phone was so cheap compared to average market price... so the phone might be badly scratched I thought... Turned out... when I got the actual product, it's NEAR FLAWLESS. There's hardly any scratches at all! NO DENT! Everything works like a new phone.

Battery health is at 99%... 99% YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT. I guess BuyBack Boss does replace the battery before re-selling their used phones.

Other than the phone, they also included a charging cable.

I am extremely satisfied with this so called "used" iPhone. Might as well just call it new.

I bought the phone for my grandson. I bought one in fair condition. However, I would have categorized it as very good condition. One tiny scratch on the front in the lower right corner, and a few scratches on the back which were easily covered with the phone case. The phone seems to be working in excellent condition. As for the price, it was about $200 less than the refurbished iPhone sold on Apple's website. My grandson is very happy so I'm "Loving It!"

Bought an iPhone with Backmarket and I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the phone. Was like brand new, delivery and customer service could not be better. After, I bought a second phone and the dealer could not make the shipping and immediately got an email from backmarket confirming the reimbursement of my money and also a discount coupon for the trouble. I was in the market for a new laptop, and I do a lot of video editing, so I needed something that had more RAM than the standard Macbook Pro. I found a used one very easily on Back Market that was in my price range! I have been using it for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It felt like opening a new laptop when it arrived. Works great, and I feel confident that if I do have any issues with it, Back Market will help me solve them, as there is a 1-year warranty included with my purchase. I've ordered several devices from BackMarket. And haven't been disappointed yet. The items arrive in a timely manner with friendly updates on the shipping via e-mail. The device arrives well packaged and in the exact condition as described. I highly recommend BackMarket b/c they have a money back guarantee, and a generous trial period within which you may return the product if not satisfied. Go ahead purchase that iPod, Tablet or whatever at a fair price and enjoy.

Perfect condition, the packaging was a bit confusing because it isn't the same dimensions that brand new apple watches come in, but it was like brand new. Been about two weeks, and I have found no issues with it. Very glad to have that year warranty just in case I find anything wrong. Only took a few days to receive it!

My experience with backmarket has been great with the Samsung flip phone I got for my wife. It came in excellent condition as described. I have also ordered a S20 plus and ear buds that have not arrived but am expecting they will be good as well based on my initial experience.

I see number of negative reviews that seem to be more about how things are handled when they do go wrong. Which seems to vary based on which supplier you were dealing with.

So reviewing based on my experience to date which has been great. And I hope it stays that way but will update if not.

And no I was not offered a 12 warranty to provide my review. Apparently that is happening in some cases since one review showed that flyer.
