I had to give this purchase a ton of thought not only because it was for one of my most precious grandchild's gift but because it was a big purchase to do online without actually holding the product in hand first. Let me tell you this was the absolute best purchase I ever made. PERIOD! This is authentic and as real as you can find. I was buying an Apple series 5 watch for my wife for Mother's Day. Yes, I had some problems. First, I paid extra for speedy delivery so it would arrive well before Mother's Day. The Watch didn't arrive until the day after. Then the watch charger wouldn't charge the watch. THEN, I decided to go ahead and contact Black Market using their instructions for making contact. And WOW! I was immediately contacted with a very personal note of apology, immediate reimbursement for the speedy mailing charge and a phone number for a technician to help with the charger problem. The problem couldn't be fixed and I was instructed to return the watch for full refund and I ordered and immediately received another watch that is absolutely perfect. The guys and gals at Black Market are the real deal! Personal, caring service and genuine effort to be sure you are satisfied with the product you purchase. Phone was in great condition, came a day earlier, customer service was great. I had an issue with software update continuing to show up and I was walked through the process of getting it resolved. Going with a refurbished phone allowed us to upgrade to a nicer model then originally thought. We bought 2 Samsung S10s, preferred for the head jack, which were in Good condition. We were unable to find a scratch anywhere on the phones. Have had them for almost a month and a half and have had no issues. Phones work great. I hesitated on purchasing a refurbished phone for a few weeks after I finally decided I needed a new phone. I have never had a refurb before. After a lot of research, I finally decided I would purchase one from Back Market. I also decided I bought an iphone 8 plus 64gb. It arrived the next day! I was amazed on how well it was packaged! The phone is in amazing shape looks like new, not a mark on it, way better than I expected! Battery life at 100% I ended up purchasing a second phone for my wife the same day, can't wait till that one gets here! I am now a loyal repeat customer. I'm so Happy!
