I was surprised by excellent condition of product. Shipping was prompt and description was accurate.

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 6 from Back Market through Amazon. The phone arrived with the screen damaged and the battery started burning up after turning on the phone. I contacted them and I followed all directions to return the phone for a refund or an exchange. I was fine with either remedy. I used the label provided to return the phone. I just received the same phone back with a label saying "return to sender," and "unclaimed." They refused to accept the returned phone. They stole my money and refused to receive the phone back. I am out over 80 dollars and a month later, still don't have a phone. This is a scam and a rip off. Buyer Be Ware. SCAM!

I will never buy a new phone again! I got a Pixel 3a in good condition, but I swear it looked brand new! The battery last all day, I can't believe this phone is refurbished! Great customer service and a free year warranty

I have bought 2 phone from back market and both were in amazing shape even getting the lowest quality! Both had little to no scratches and absolutely no cracks! Will be my go to for another phone!

At first I felt buying a brand new phone but the prices were to high for my blood. So no where to look I stumbled a website called "back market" at the name do sound sketchy but. Do not scared its 100% legitimate website to actually buy the phone at the half price ofcourse it might be a "refurbished phone but think about do you really need a pristine phone? It'll get worse and worse by the day so why not get the phone you want really bad for half price! It functions the same as a brand new one which is demanding more bucks. Overall i love the phone I ordered hope you guys make the right decision which is "money wise"

So i ordered a $419 phone and received a cracked phone that is useless to me i contacted the company and was told since i didnt have to box they could not do anything i feel robbed im not sure if it was sent cracked or if it happened in the shipping to me but ive bought 5 phones from here and spent thousands and i get a cracked phone that they wont help with will not buy again and will let family and friends know about this experience do not buy from this company if you dont know what your getting make sure items are in the correct condition

I bought a Chromebook Spin 713 and got a great price on it. The laptop arrived faster than expected and is in excellent condition. I thoroughly enjoyed the shopping experience.

At first I was really skeptical to purchase from this website because it was second hand, but i decided to do it anyway because of the low prices. I ordered an apple pencil 2nd gen in excellent condition although the delivery date kept changing i am super satisfied and will be shopping with them again!

I have a Bose noise-cancelling headset which I use for air travel. You know, the ones with big ear cups. I wanted something much smaller that I could wear around the house or when working in my yard. These are perfect!

New ones cost about $250, and the ones I bought from Back Market were $130. I was amazed at how brand new these look. The wires were clean. It came with a case and new inserts for my ears in three sizes, S, M, and L.

The next time I need to buy something like this, I will definitely check out Back Market. Too many things get tossed in the trash when they could get refurbished.

Months, I looked on back market, wondering if I should give them a chance. Spending so much money on a device, I wasn't holding!
I'm so happy I gave them a shot, I was able to get IPHONE XS MAX with 512gb. The phone is in excellent condition works as if it was new! Back market also stayed in contact the whole time front start to finish!

If you have any skepticism about buying refurbished technology - let it go. This is such a smart way to buy. The company is so responsive. The products are just as labeled. The quality and support is excellent. The savings are too big to ignore. There is one important suggestion I'd like to make for your purchase. Ask the seller which Network the phone was originally attached to. The phones are all unblocked. But that does not mean they are completely compatible with all of the Networks. The Networks are not very transparent about these differences. Verizon told me they could handle the unblocked phone with no problem. Though my phone was unblocked, it was originally with T-Mobile. I wrestled for hours with Verizon both on the phone and twice instore trying to understand my situation. They were less than forthcoming. Finally I dropped Verizon and switched to T-Mobile. The phone is beautiful and fully functional now. Had I known this issue - I would have either sought out a phone previously with Verizon, or immediately switched to T-Mobile. I am sure Back Market will soon publish which network phones were with previously. But until they do - ask that question and avoid the hassle. Believe me - Back Market is fare more pleasant to work with than Verizon. For me - Back Market will now determine which Network I am with... not the carriers.

I had been searching on Verizon's website for a deal on a cell phone. Its truly pathetic. Best was $1000 option, $50+ a month to your bill, or choose a basically horrible phone.

In comes Back Market. I found your website by pure searching. I had never heard of it before. I was shocked at the affordable prices for used phone. I wasn't looking for a brand new phone or a top model. I was looking for a Galaxy S9 or S10 to replace my S7. Here it was. At a price of $220!

I did my research on your company. I vary wary of scams. Your prices, not going to lie, seemed to good to be true. Well, this is a true as it gets! This company should be as big as Ebay, Amazon, etc. I didn't have to deal much with customer service, because I didn't have to. The email alerts were extremely helpful. The invoice and tracking was awesome. The shipping at first seemed very long, but your systems updated in real time and I received the phone 1 week SOONER than originally quoted.

This won't be my last order. I couldn't be happier with the service you provide. I couldn't be happier with phone I recieved. This was just shy of brand new. And just shy was it didn't come in the OEM boxing. I think I can handle that. I've had zero issues with this phone. It was as shiny, sleek, and reset as a brand new phone.

I 100% recommend this company. And for me, it will not be my last visit! Thank you for exisiting!

I bought several products from Back Market, and they worked great and were much cheaper than buying new.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone se2020. I arrived in excellent condition and very quickly by mail from the seller (phone store). It is working perfectly and have zero issues. Back market was easy to use and very helpful. It is good to know that I am cutting down one waste by buying a refurbished phone that is backed up by a one year warranty! Longer than if I bought it new. Everyone should be doing this to help our planet of waste.

Phone was just like brand new and works flawlessly. Will definitely use Back Market in the future for phone replacements and upgrades.
