I recently shattered my old phone and was seeking a replacement without having to break the bank. I found Back Market and their refurbished phones provided by approved sellers and I am just obsessed. My Samsung Galaxy s10 Plus arrived in amazing condition and I plan on being a repeat customer to this website. Though I bought it in fair condition, it looks and handles as if it were brand new. I'm super happy with my purchase and so glad that I found out about Back Market.

I decided to order a refurbished iPad through Back Market after seeing their name pop up on few lists of top refurbished sites. Their selection was great, prices were competitive, and the whole process was a breeze. I ended up ordering an iPad and a case to go with it, both items arriving very quickly!

Due to my own negligence, I ordered a case that did not fit my particular model. Luckily Back Market anticipated my foolishness and provided a not to contact them for any exchanges should anything not fit or work correctly.

Their customer service was awesome and let me know exactly what to do to exchange the case. Again, the whole process was quick and easy and I had a replacement in no time at all.

In the end, I'm extremely pleased with both items. The iPad might as well be brand new. There's not a mark on it, the battery life is outstanding, it arrives with a pristine power cord, and was exactly as described (Arguably better). The Slim Folio case might as well have been brand new as well, even arriving in its original packaging.

If you're looking for refurbished goods, I would definitely recommend Back Market without hesitation.

I was a little worried ordering from back market due to the fact that I had previously been scammed on eBay. I read lots of reviews and watched YouTube videos on other peoples experiences with them. I saw enough good quality content that made me believe that I'd receive the correct item in the condition that I payed for. The phone got here within 4-5 days with the standard shipping method. The seller I that I the brought the phone was from GadgetGone and I would say that it's a 11/10. Perfect Condition! Better than what I expected and I will highly recommend it.

I am happy with the refurbished phone I have in my hands right now. I had wanted a good smartphone (specifically the iPhone) that did the basics. Finding refurbished phones is sure a tackle and the anxiety just goes through the roof when looking and buying from a site that you're not 100% sure is legit, but the team had amazing service and they are true to their word! Everything in their description about the phone's is accurate and when I finally had the phone shipped to my house, I was surprised how brand new it looked! The quality and how the refurbished phone run is amazing, though the only thing that gave me the reason to rate 4 stars is that the phone battery isn't that great and the charger that came with it does not charge the phone at all. But overall, the website's service and payment ordering is easy that I will be definitely be coming back to buy my phones here!

Buying Refurbished comes with risks and BackMarket is no better. BackMarket has a mix of variable quality sellers so check individual seller review before you order. The fact that they have some sellers with pretty poor reviews is worrisome but I guess that's the business model. Takes a lot of scrolling to find the seller reviews but it's there.

I purchased a phone listed as fully functional, and on arrival it wouldn't properly charge due to poor connection port for the charger. The connection felt wrong (didn't click in) and immediately triggered an error message saying the connection is poor. It would charge for a moment then stop and repeat.

The seller replaced the phone with some convincing, but the whole process left me without a device for an extended period of time, and left me highly skeptical that the replacement phone would last. I don't know what reasonable phone refurbisher can't identify a faulty charging port ‍. As of this review, the replacement made it to 5 months which is great.

Would I recommend BackMarket? Sure, at the same level as Swappa, Amazon, Best Buy, decluttr or eBay for refurbished - only when you have time to be without a device for troubleshooting, and be sure to scrutinize individual seller reviews. Then cross your fingers.

Love phone. Price is reasonable and delivery was very timely. I haven't activated it yet but I think it will be okay.

Lost my phone recently, needed a replacement for a bit. I decided on buying a refurbished one as a temporary phone, and saw BackMarket as my first google search. Clicked through it, not knowing what to expect, and found some amazing deals on a phone I really liked (Oneplus 7 Pro). I was a bit skeptical in the beginning, since buying used could always be a bit sketchy, but I saw a bunch of positive reviews, and a free return policy and full refunds if we didn't like the product. Decided to buy it, and I was impressed with the product.

I got regular emails from BackMarket informing me about the shipping process. Whether it shipped out, how long to wait, almost there, your product has been delivered. Phone came exactly when they said it would, in a nice enough box. Included were the phone, the charging cable and the wall adapter. I was very impressed by the phone quality, overall being in nearly perfect shape, with only some superficial tiny scratches on the screen that can barely be seen unless you hold the phone in a certain angle against a light source. Generally, the product was in good quality, factory reset, and 256 gb as specified by the site. Battery life is great. Your mileage may vary of course, given that these are all refurbished products so each one may be slightly different, but I trust that BackMarket does the proper quality assurance checks to make sure we are satisfied with our product and not being left disappointed. For reference, my phone was under the "fair" category, since the "good" and "excellent" categories were sold out. I think my quality was much more than fair. I recommend

The Samsung S10 is my second Back Market Purchase; a Macbook was my first. You would never know there was a previous owner for either of these. The prices were the best I could find and they are now my go-to site for electronics. Thanks, guys!
