I have to said I'm impressed not only with my purchase, but with the customer service, package was lost but they were very helpful and solve the matter in 2 days. I will definitive buy from Back Market!

Bought an iPhone X on 7/15/21 Package was shipped via FedEx. FedEx courier reported a fake delivery by signing my name wrong on receipt. I reported to seller and seller was adamant that they will go by package was delivered. I tend to feel and might be wrong if there is any relationship btwn backmarket and FedEx. FedEx denies my claim based on seller must be the one to make the claim.My first time shopping on this site and last one. Will also avoid FedEx for any future transactions that include shipping.

After 35+ years in IT I have learned that refurb Tech. Is the way to go. My experience with Black Market was excellent. I ordered a phone, it came sooner then expected. I was in "mint" condition (Excellent) as described, It was packed perfectly. A+++ transaction,. I'll be back!

I wish I had known about this site before this. I purchased a Samsung S10 for so little I was sure the product wouldn't be any good; but it was perfect! Back Market followed up on my purchase; I had received the wrong charger for my phone. I contacted Back Market and gave me guidance. I quickly received the correct charger from the seller, without a problem. Back Market followed up, again, to be sure the issue had been resolved. I would absolutely use Back Market again and will be telling everyone about it. The phones are refurbished but are absolutely worth getting

Am a review person, so I took a chance on what others said. I needed to fix broken screen so I just got a new one instead for same price. I picked option good and was blown away how better than good the phone was. Shipping was extremely fast, it was literally sent out next day of purchase. I definitely will be on black market again.

This company is legit. They communicated very well about shipping, my laptop got to me faster than expected and my laptop runs great. When my business gets successful I plan on ordering through them again.

I've only made one purchase from this website thus far but I must say I am truly impressed.

First off, the site itself is beautifully designed, easy to navigate and user friendly. Didn't take me much time at all to find what I wanted and make my purchase.

I've never bought a used/refurb phone before. But the professional look of the site along with the info and little details they provide gave me confidence.

I bought am s9 in fair condition with standard 5 day shipping. The item arrived cleanly packaged in just 2 days. I was already amazed.

The device is in my own opinion, great shape. It has some minor scratches on the screen which I smoothed out a bit with toothpaste.

Other than that, the device is in great shape. Everything works, buttons, sensors, speakers and cameras all function perfectly.

The battery holds charge well but has seen better days but that's to be expected with an old device.

All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and will say I am never buying a new, overpriced device ever again. I got the s9 for $124 I'm proud to say. No more feeling like a chump paying $800+ for a device, i'm happy. Thanks!

A little skeptical at first. Buying refurbished and from a website I have not used before. But, Love it! I got "fair" labeled phone and looked very new. You don't notice the small imperfections unless you really eyeball it. Came with charger! Both cable and block. The phone also came with a screen protector on, a pleasant suprise! I have had the phone for about a week. The phone works perfectly! No issues, hardware is perfect. Phone looks good. I would say money well spent. Also, the phone came in very quick! Only took 3 days to get to my home. All is good!

Awesome phone and shipping was fast. Phone works great for now. My son likes it because it's light. Refurbished phones works great like new phones. Why pay so expensive when you can get it for a cheaper price and it won't break your bank account.

Well i had my doubts at first because i found back market in a google search, i thought it was one of those scam sites that some scammer somehow got their fraudulent fictitious store featured and advertised by google. But i was impressed by the prices and read reviews and the reviews gave this retailer great reviews and critical acclaim so i went ahead and tried them out, because i had never heard of back market before didnt even know they had a real app. Well i was not disappointed the phone i recieved was. Flawless. Not one problem and it came with a charger. So the next time i need a phone ive got one more store to add to my list to phone shop at. Now, i want to buy my son a chromebook so we can video chat and im thinking of getting it from back market because they have proven to me their business operations are just as good as amazon except you'd probably find what your looking for for a lower price on back market and just because its cheaper doesn't decrease the quality of the device. And my order arrived 2 days earlier than first estimated. I really like this store back market is legit and real proper and cool. I wish you well because you guys do excellent business.

I needed to replace an iPad that was too old for the current iOS but needed one that fit a case which required an iPad that was a couple of generations ago. I found a one on Back Market and ordered it. It arrived in perfect condition from the refurbish company. Look almost new. Would highly recommend checking out this site for products. This was the very first time I ever ordered anything refurbished... I have always been a firm believer that it would never be as good as purchasing brand new, mainly with technology. However, I was in a bind where I needed a new laptop for work quickly, but didn't want to spend a crazy amount of money brand new. Back Market was recommended to me and I decided to give it a chance because he said he has always had very good experiences. I found a laptop that had exactly what I was looking for, and one of the newer models, for half the price of brand new. I chose the "Very Good" condition setting, but when I received the laptop it looked brand new, and functions perfectly. There was even an issue with the shipping (which was not Back Market's fault). I requested 1 Business Day shipping for the laptop I chose to order, and the seller had the laptop to UPS within a couple hours to be shipped. The issue was actually on UPS' end, which delayed the shipping and so I reached out to my seller at Back Market. They responded in a timely manner, gave me constant updates, and even issued me a refund on the shipping (even though it wasn't their fault). Their refurbished quality, options and especially their customer service has won me over to the refurbished side and I definitely recommend them. My next purchase will hopefully be a new smartphone, when ready. Thank you, Back Market and iPower Resale Group for the great experience!
