Babyonline Dress

The dress I received was nothing like the dress pictured online and it took 65 days longer than described for it to arrive. Too small. Ankle length instead of knee. Poly instead of Chiffon. Lace was cheap and sewn incorrectly with part of it hanging off one shoulder. US size 12 but fit more like size 6. I shipped it back to China at my cost of $62 and it's been 2 months of back and forth where they offer a few dollars instead of refunding over $200 that I paid. What a headache. Terrible customer service. Very poor quality product. Never buy from them.

My wedding dress is a beauty, high quality material, delicately made. Similar as 1000-1500 $dresses. Still can't believe how gorgeous it is. Soo happy with this seller for communication and the high quality work.

Please to do not buy from baby online dresses. They lie about when you will get your dress high paid $30 for my dress to be expedited. It came in a month and a half also. This is what I received picture down below. This is a company that's just out to get your money and put you in the worst position possible. My daughter prom is dereailed. Because of this company I would not suggest anyone. I repeat anyone to order from this company. I will try my best to get the word around so no one will end up in the position that me and my daughter is currently in.

I spend $200 on a special occasion dress for my Christmas party on Nov, I customized my dress, it's an ivory lace chiffon dress, babyonlinedress also gives me a $20 discount for the custom made fee, which I was really appreciate, at first, I was worried about the fitting and the quality, because i never ordered a dress online, but, I was more than happy when i get the dress last week, its supper gorgeous although the dress length is a little bit long, that's not a big deal, i can wear a higher heels, anyway, i just wanna show my feelings of this webiste, anyone had dealt with babyonlinedress before? Share with us, i guess i will be a fan of them, excited to wear it after three days, will post photos later.

This was the worst experience ever! I ordered a dress, custom and rush delivery. First when the dress was supposed to be shipped, it was not. I called and they hadn't started on the dress. Once the dress finally arrived, I contacted them to inform them that several things were wrong with the dress including: the color of the actual dress, the color of the sheer portion of the dress (it was brown when it should have been clear), and then the length of the dress. I was told that I could be refunded only the rush fee. Clearly that wasn't good enough because they made the dress for a short person. They then told me I had to pay to have it shipped back and that I can order another dress of lesser value because part of my cost for the dress would be used to return the dress. It was just bad all around. Please save your time and money.

My fiancé ordered a dress from these Chinese crooks, and the moment the money wasn't pending, they took her card information and racked up 9 fraudulent charges to our account. $#*!ing losers

I asked for size 8 they sent me size zero and they refused to return and refund. After tons of back and forth they offer 22 $ for returning 120$ dress.

The dress was ok it wasn't what i really expected but it was worth the wait and time I waited for this dress to arrive
