When I placed the order, I never got a confirmation to print out what was ordered. Then I heard nothing for almost three weeks. What I did get then was a questionnaire asking if I received my order. I said no and was then told one item was out of stock and asked how I wanted to proceed. You should have known I didn't receive anything and notified me about the item out of stock. Tina has been good dealing with it now but you should take the lead not make the customer complain to tell them what's wrong.

I placed my order and my credit card was charged immediately. After almost 3 weeks with no notice of shipment and nothing arriving I sent a email to the company. I was then told that my order had been canceled and I needed to wait up to 30 days to get my money back, so far no order no money.
Site states easy returns. No free returns and returns have stipulations on this and that which would warrant no refunds beyond the normal expectations of returning in same condition as you bought it. By the time you apt for shipping costs you've tripled the price of the crappy garment. Cut your losses and don't buy
