I waited almost 3 weeks to receive when it was stated delivery would take 8-12 days. Wish your advertisement would state the clothes are coming from China. My credit card statement said Paris, France! Everything must go back but that will probably be a nightmare and cost me even more money. Rather give them away and cut my losses.
I cancelled my order 3 weeks ago. I received an email 3 days later that my order was canceled. I was to suppose to receive funds back on my credit card in 3 - 15 days. No refund was ever given. I emailed again. Still no refund! Thieves!

This was my first online purchase from a company I had never heard of. Like I mentioned in my above comment, the quality of the items I've purchased online from other companies have been disappointing but this pullover was very nice and comfortable. I had no interaction with Azzlee beyond the initial online purchase so my positive experience is limited to that. I did appreciate the email updates I did receive from Azzlee regarding my purchase but I did not see any need to respond as I had no questions.
