After all the pandemic ordering nightmares, I was cautious. The order went perfectly. Everything got here on time, in wearable shape and is extremely well made. I used their sizing guides and had no surprises. I love all my items
What I ordered was out of stock. I was offered to either cancel my order or substitute it. I chose to substitute. I was very pleased, no other company has offered me that option. I also received it in a timely manner.
