Customer service impossible to find. Made mistake of ordering 2 sizes in order to get proper fit and now am challenged to find out how to return unwanted sizes. Also, poor quality control both in size and materials. Would not recommend.
After all the pandemic ordering nightmares, I was cautious. The order went perfectly. Everything got here on time, in wearable shape and is extremely well made. I used their sizing guides and had no surprises. I love all my items
What I ordered was out of stock. I was offered to either cancel my order or substitute it. I chose to substitute. I was very pleased, no other company has offered me that option. I also received it in a timely manner.

3 of the 6 items I ordered fit. Didn't realize they were hand wash & don't remember if the website said that. We'll see if any shrink. They are pretty. One item was out of stock. The other two are being returned as soon as I receive approval to return. Delivery took quite awhile.
