Your shipping is outrageous!!!! For what I had to pay I would expect them to come next day..not ups ground!! If you adjust to a more reasonable rate I will certainly shop here when I need additional replacement parts..if not I will search elsewhere and check shipping prior to getting that far into the purchase.

The only place to buy beef-eater bbq parts. You guys are awesome, and the parts are true replacement parts. I use my grill at least 5-6 nights/days a week, all year round. Breakfast lunch and dinner,no other way to cook in the AZ heat. I even bake on the grill using traditional baking pans. The original parts held up for 9 years. just a few replacement bars, the cast iron grills will last us for ever.

The parts came quickly and were easy to install. My grill works like new now. I also ordered the grill cover which seemed expensive, however it fits like a glove and is made of what appears to be a long lasting fabric.
I was pleased with the over all order. The valve I received was for LPG and I needed N. gas. I will call Monday and see how to convert it or send back for correct valve. This was my mistake, I didn't select on the order which I needed. I had a note on the order from "Fred" to call and he would help me with the problem. Order 5656

Parts showed up very quickly although I live just across the valley from them. I will use them again if I need parts for my grille.
So far, so good except I thought it was free shipping. This was corrected and was a glitch in their computer. Excellent customer service and quick delivery! Price was really good! Pruducts are of top quality. Delivery company called to make sure we would be there. I would definitely recommend AZgrills.com.
Can't say enough positive about Fred at AZGrills. Free upgrades to keep me happy. They really do price match; and he checked stock before he made me any promises. Took awhile to get here, but that's because the manufacturer was adding another free upgrade so the doors would look the same. Very happy!!!!!
This was the best price I found for this product. I am impressed with the manufacturer's warranties on this product and the quality of materials used - these are the first "cast stainless steel" burners I have come across - I have owned grills with "cast iron burners" and "solid brass burners" and was a big selling point for me to purchase this grill - your delivery service was very professional and courteous!
