My review pertains to several attorneys judges magistrates and so forth. My story begins with my daughter. My daughter one month becoming five years of age was brutally attacked of a pitbull dog. My daughters lip was torn off. My daughters eye suffered 150 sutures. My daughters ear was ripped apart. My daughters neck got punctured on the jugular. Im having difficulty writing or it would have gotten done sooner. My daughter was unrecognizable. Her face was swollen several months. My daughter had to drink food through a straw. She couldnt play in the sun. I took great caring for my daughter that mike benninger was shocked to see her face. It was important for my daughters good health because she is beautiful and i had her in pageants five months of age and my daughter is a gifted learner and was tested having a genius iq and performing eighth grade age seven. Before the attack her dentist said she was the most well adjusted child she had ever seen. The attorney never inquired about any of this. The attorney cared only about himself and his fellow attorneys. He attacked me during a conference supporting the opposition. He didnt confer before asking if i wanted to sue for myself so i was silent due to exhaustion caring for my daughter and wasnt prepared to questioning. He called a psychologist to a deposition without conferring with me so the psychologist was dumbfounded because he told me not to talk to anybody about the case. The transcript was erroneous and irrelevant questions were asked. The tape was muffled and dubbed of another person that was younger and unsure making sound stupid. I was a 4.0 honor student at the time and quite confident that the attorney feared my presence. I didnt attend my finals for caring for my daughter otherwise i would have graduated summa. I am phi beta phi and phi beta kappa. I was an undergraduate academic linguistic researcher. I was a professional ballerina to age twenty seven so i am poised. I was sent an "anthrax" letter from solomon during the height of the anthrax scare right before getting sent settlement papers. He lied about the amount my daughter was to receive. The referral said he was a tiger but mike benninger is a pansy. My daughter should have won millions. I should have been recommended for suing because the psychological damage is unrecoverable and i spent thousands of dollars homeschooling my daughter due to ignorant teachers and rude people. He told me to move and i wasnt compensated. He didnt represent me due to the fact that i was a daughter of a physician. I rate mike benninger a big fat loser but im putting five stars so my hate gets to the top of the list. Because benninger didnt do his job my daughter and i have suffered hell. 2005 my mother and her eldest daughter attempted to murder me in front of my daughter. I suffered brain trauma and the trooper didnt send me to er as required. 2007 a cop battered my head on cement after taking a step backwards. The attorney kevin zalinsky of pgh said nobodys going to take your word. Afterwards my daughters grandparents kidnapped my daughter and the wv courts helped. During a petition my daughters grandmother crouched speaking gibberish and her grandfather hunched over a cane saying speak up i cant hear you and jeffrey culpepper found nothing wrong. The attorney eldon callen took advantage of elderly people and screamed pointing his finger in my daughters face "if you dont do as your grandparents say ill send you to juvy". Because of patricia hill and philip gaujot my daughter was subjected to hoarding abuse such as getting dragged by the ankles out of bed getting her eyes pried open to have dinner 10 pm asked to insert a suppository for ten dollars subjected to porn and masturbation from her grandfather punched in the face from her grandmother brainwashed from her hoarding aunts. The worst offender was jennifer stevens that didnt investigate. She said she was going to inspect my home but didnt. She didnt follow my daughters wishes for living with her biological mother. My suffered foster care. My daughter was subjected to threats and slavery. My daughter attempted suicide and stripped a block from the fosters house. The wv court should be abolished because every person is incompetent. I inquired about my daughters truancy and clawdges told me to leave the state and never return. A commissioner irene perez disregarded a character reference saying she doubted that friendship could last twenty five years demonstrating her lack of intrapersonal communication and incompetency of dynamics. After saying an attorney was an ex minor disregarded the attorneys complaint of harassment from the grandparents. Because of wv my daughter who should be making billions was turned into a heroin addict and victim of statutory rape under the fosters and is slaving a pittance and wont speak to me. Because of wv i have no money. I was beaten from canes tazers brooms and battered from hired henchman steve morris for twelve thousand dollars. My door was pounded open and i was assaulted from marylou morris in front of my daughter. I was defamed and the wv courts helped the bad people. I found a petition to remove patrica hill and asked the governor to remove patricia hill. The wv court is inbred and should be abolished. Ive solicited many attorneys and nobody has come to my daughters and my rescue. What happened to me and my daughter could happen to anybody so something ought to do something. My daughter was dumped doa and her pimp attempted to murder her during icu and my reiki saved my daughter. Nobody from court could have done the same. My reike was recorded and the physicians gave me cart blanc. How much do you think saving a life that physicians couldnt save is worth? Dont look me up for my services because i wont save you.

Marti Goldstein P. A did not follow through with services hired for. This led to a complete waste of time and loss of over $7,500. I wish I could say good things as she appeared well spoken and kind, but this was for her own personal financial gain.

She is only out to take your money. She is so unprofessional, that words can not describe. If you want to pay $350-$500 per hour for charges unrelated to your case and "think" your speaking to someone in an office setting, but only to hear "SCREAMING BABIES NONSTOP PER $350.00 HOUR? After you pay and only to be tricked into a "retainer" and pay $5,000-$10,000, then you must call Marti L. Goldstein right now!

Just so sad that their are, unfortunately that 2-3% of attorneys out there without morals, scruples, and the ethics they are required of under the Law of Professional Conduct. It amazes me that some people can act so selfishly and how greed and desperation for financial gain has such an effect on these "fresh out of law school individuals". Marti Louden Goldstein, a new and fresh out of law school in the state of Florida, representing FL. In counties and areas such as Dade County, Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale Florida are representing family law real estate law and appeals and appellants' lawyer/ attorney is, in my opinion, "money hungry" to say the least.

I have had great experiences in the past with family law attorneys that charge 75% her enormous rates. I am willing to pay for for good service, but it was clear that she is new to the law and does not know what she is doing.

I tried to consult with an alleged 5-star Avvo attorney (Marc Randazza) on March 14, but found him rude and unprofessional--he even swore at me when I tried to ask a question. I then wrote a negative review that was factual, neutral, and did not violate any guidelines and yet Avvo repeatedly blocked it without telling me why. When I persisted in my question, some alleged Customer Service representative named Anna wrote back 9 times, cutting and pasting paragraphs out of Avvo's Community Guidelines that she claimed 'explained;' why my review was not published. Each time I wrote back patiently that what she wrote did not apply to my review, and each time she kept changing her story and offering more drivel about guidelines without ONCE being specific about what was wrong with my review. I kept uploading the same review and it kept being blocked until my account was suspended without notice or warning. For an alleged Free Speech site, the only speech Avvo appears to protect is that of removing negative lawyer reviews. In fact, if you search online there, all lawyers have a 4.5 star review or higher, which is simply not credible.

Avvo aggressively sensors reviews about lawyers. If a lawyer simply does not like a negative review about them, their "subscription" to avvo covers them being able to "dispute" it. The truth is that lawyers take care of their own. Avvo is run by lawyers, for lawyers. Lawyers have the option to pay for an account with them called avvo pro, which lets them remove anything they don't like no matter how badly they treat their clients. If you even want to post a review, good luck. It has to pass their review team where anything negative is rejected. BEWARE of avvo and post your reviews on any other site. Since their site is a bait and switch scam where real consumer opinions are blocked in order to protect lawyers and their promise of putting up disputed reviews is a lie, report them to the FTC at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/#&panel1-1 and to your state's attorney general/governor's consumer protection division.

Avvos business model was originally developed by Don Corleone. Heres how the business model works as applied at its most intimate level: Avvo does not have consent to use the information it misappropriates from other websites to initially create attorney profiles. Instead, it scrapes the Internet for any information it can find on every attorney it can identify, from a reputable source or otherwise, and then it compiles some sort of unilaterally created profile that is supposed to represent the attorney. This representation of the attorneys skills and expertise in their field is figured into a rating system by way of some algorithm which is used to convey to the public the attorneys professional competence. The term algorithm as used by Avvo is meant to elicit feelings of reliability, complexity, and trust without having to explain how its rating system actually works.

The algorithm is very scientific and accurate. It is so on point that attorneys can actually leave themselves reviews whereby that attorneys rating will fluctuate, accordingly. Similarly, any weirdo with an Internet connection can leave a bad review. Both will affect the attorneys rating. The fact that this is possible, yet Avvo holds out its rating system to be credible, is absurd. Moreover, by simply claiming ones profile, that attorneys rating becomes instantly better. In reality, claiming a profile has absolutely nothing to do with any attorneys skills, ethics, or competence. It follows that Avvo represents to the public that attorneys who choose not to claim a profile versus the ones that do are less competent professionally. The foregoing, taken together as a whole, gleans that Avvos rating system is wholly inept, completely arbitrary, and clearly misrepresentative. Again, its a very scientific algorithm.

Every attorney has worked tirelessly to become a member of their respective bar. Attorneys continue to work tirelessly because the law never sleeps, and all they have is their ethics, knowledge, and reputation. What Avvo does, at its core, is that it takes advantage of this by inaccurately representing to the public what attorneys have worked so hard to achieve. Because they have worked so hard for it, Avvo knows that they will fight dearly to protect it. When an attorney hears that they are being represented to the public with any scintilla of inaccuracy or negativity, the knee jerk response is to remedy, and rightfully so. Avvo utilizes this through a toothless rating system that can only be made better by either participating with the company or by paying it money.

Additionally, many, if not all of the websites Avvo scrapes information from, have their own terms and conditions pertaining to the information hosted on their website(s) and the subsequent use thereof. It is highly likely that Avvo violates these terms and conditions when it scrapes this information from the website(s) in order to convert same for its own commercial purposes.

Essentially, Avvo pirates information from different websites in order create profiles. Then, Avvo uses attorney names and likenesses in these profiles so Avvo can attract advertisers for its own commercial gain. Avvo stands to profit from ads that will be placed on attorneys faces, however the attorney receives no compensation, and there is nothing they can do about it; unless, of course, they pay Avvo $50 per month. Whats more, is that Avvo maximizes their gain by letting direct competitors in the same market place ads on the others profile. Thus, if one attorney chooses to submit to Avvos extortionistic business practices, then they will have a means to directly affect his or her competitors business, and the only way to stop it is to pay Avvo money and participate on their website.

Avvo will refuse to delete any attorney profiles in spite of direct and repeated requests to do so. Avvos unilateral insistence on its adhesive terms and policies are simply that; a unilateral insistence only applicable to itself, however they act as if they are applicable to people who have never had any contact with the company or otherwise acquiesced to anything having to do with Avvo whatsoever. Avvo is absolutely free to delete any attorney profiles; it just chooses not to in an attempt to effectuate all of the foregoing.

Ultimately, Avvo is a glorified Yelp, but with no credibility. It is a creative business model in that it actually does nothing of substance and is unaffected by its morally bankrupt posture, yet still stands to profit. If you are seeking an attorney, you will be wholly misguided by Avvo's "rating" system. If you are an attorney, Avvo will make you an offer you can't refuse.

I hired Randall Bryson because of problem with My Mothers Estate My brother Richard has refused to settle the estate (He is a druggie, with problems of a history of Eye Injury, Drug Abuse (Richard went to California to a Drug Rehab Clinic to have blood run through a Dialyses Machine because he was so hook on narcotics), Narcolepsy, Sleep Apnea, Dementia, attempted suicide and now claims that he is communicating our Mother in her grave!, Richards Attorney John C. Urness, OSB ******* is exploiting Richards Disabilities to fill his own pockets!
I explained all of this to Randall Bryson and he assured me that he was a friend of Attorney John C. Urness, OSB ******* and claimed that he would have no trouble in getting this problem corrected.
However after talking to his friend Attorney John C. Urness, OSB ******* Randall Bryson tired to blackmail me into removing any and all negative comments that I had posted on the web about John C. Urness, OSB ******* of Thorp Purdy Jewett Urness Wilkinson P. C.
