I will not purchase any avangate or avs product again, ever, and I will from now on tell everyone I encounter that you and your company are deceptive, lying manipulators without a moral bone in your bodies. License should be sold to individuals, not loaned to them in Microsoft type money machine."

Suite à une mise à jour de mon système d'exploitation, je n'arrivais plus à utiliser plusieurs des logiciels de montage vidéo de AVS4YOU que j'utilisais jusqu'alors sans difficulté. C'est là que je mesurai les grands services à la fois des outils logiciels qui me manquaient cruellement; j'ai apprécié la qualité du service d'assistance: réponses rapides et pertinentes.
Maintenant que tout marche bien, je retrouve avec plaisir ces outils qui ont encore plus de fonctionnalités que je ne le pensais. Avec Video Converter seul, désormais, je peux TOUT faire! Merci à l'équipe du service d'assistance, très réactif!
Ich benutze diese Software seit Jahren... Trotz vieler vieler anderer Programme dieser Art, bevorzuge ich AVS. Warum: Weil es einfach gut ist, leicht zu bedienen und hervorragende Ergebnisse liefert
Nach Umstellung auf Win10 hatte der Converter Probleme selbsterstellte Dateien im mkv Container zu öffnen. Durch Dateiaustausch und konsequente Kontaktaufnahme des Serviceteams konnte dieses Problem ebenso wie das im Lösungsprozess auftauchende Problem der fehlerhaften Vorschau anderer Dateien als transprortstream gelöst werden.
Die Ansprechpartner waren kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Antworten klar formuliert und auch für "normale" Anwender umsetzbar.

Benutze alle Programme seit vielen Jahren ohne Probleme und bin mehr als zufrieden. Noch zufriedener bin ich seit heute mit dem Service. Mein System hatte sich am Samstag komplett verabschiedet. Nach Neuinstallation der Standardprogramme bat ich AVS um Übermittlung meiner Registrierungsdaten von vor vielen Jahren. Schon am nächsten Arbeitstag bekam ich eine Mail mit dem Freischalt-Code. Also ich habe 3 x AVS4YOU unbegrenzt auf verschiedenen PC seit 2009 installiert. Diese Software ist einzigartig, Bei neuaufsetzen der PC musste ich die Freigabe der Lizenzschlüssel bald 1-2 Tage warten. Habe AVS4YOU schon mal mitgeteilt das ein Deinstall-Icon das bei jeder Installation mit integriert ist zum Abmelden und wieder Neuinstallieren, wrde eine Menge Zeit sparen und der User bestimmt selbst auf welchen PC die Software eben läuft.
Aber trotzdem ein Super Programm

Die hohe Bildschirmauflösung des Surface Pro 3 führt bei AVS Photo Editor zu einer sehr kleinen Anzeige des Textes in der Programmnavigation.
Der AVS Support gab den richtigen Hinweis: Herunterladen der AVS NON-DPI-Version des Programms, diese in den Programmordner kopieren und die alte Version überschreiben.
Der Suppoprt liefert diese Version für alle AVS-Programme.
Achtung: In den Eigenschaften des Programms (Rechtsklick auf Programmname) im Reiter Kompatibilität keinen Haken bei DPI setzen.

Nur leider wird kein Film konvertiert, welcher einen Kopierschutz besitz. Ob wohl diese zu kopieren erlaubt ist in Deutschland, laut BGH.
