We emailed and called asking them to cancel our services. They never returned our emails or calls. We did this for over 6 months. We continued to pay every month. Then finally got sick of it and called our credit card and put a stop on it. We then received a letter saying that we owe them money because our credit card company took the money back from them for 3 of those months. The letter stated we would be going to collections. I called and spoke to them and they said they never received a call or email. They admitted they don't return a lot of calls and emails because they get too many. During the 6 months we had them, not once did we receive a resume. Waste of money!

These disgusting people are like a bad VD... can't get rid of them, they will spam you to death...
I canceled my "trial" subscription after about a week and a half, at least 2 weeks before the trial had ended. I received nothing from them ever! They continued to charge me each month, even though I canceled. When I called them, they said that I never canceled and refused to refund the money that they had charged. The guy I talked to said that were getting hits on my profile, so they were going to charge me. I told them that I would just deal with my bank and dispute the charges. He said that would wind up costing me more money. After a couple of weeks, I received e-mails from them stating that my profile had been viewed. He was supposed to have canceled the "subscription" effective the date we talked on the phone. I continued to get these e-mails, so I emailed him back and once again advised them to cancel the subscription. The bank blocked him from charging my credit card further, so today I received a letter from them demanding $259.96 because the bank refused to allow him to charge more fees. These people are CROOKED and they are not legitimate... do not use!
Total scam. They act like they are trying to help you and they sneak in their fine print their terms and conditions so they can charge your credit card every month. It would appear employers and employees alike have already figured out the scam as evidence by terrible response from our as posting. (When I say terrible I mean that in the 4 months the ad was posted I only received 2 resumes total!)
