I did get my "swimsuit" if you can call it that after 2 months of reporting, calling and blocking this organization everywhere, and whatever i got in the mail looks outrageously disgusting, looks nothing like what i ordered, extremely cheap material, color doesn't match, fit is terrible. It's a big scam.
Awful. Ordered a suit over almost two months ago and still hasn't come. I've emailed the site for my money back and direct messaged the Instagram and never got a response from either. Do not buy from here this website needs to be reported ASAP.
So I got SCAMMED. I ordered from them 2 months ago and never received my order. No one answers anything. I dont even think it is a real phone number. Comments on instagram are disabled. I will post about this on every social media platform that i have until someone refunds me
I'm super bummed and disappointed in human society. This company is fake or has non existent customer service reps. Based off of all the reviews I'm going to say it's fake. Ordered a bathing suit over a month ago. They won't respond to my emails and their number is fake. I've reported them on Instagram as a scam. Everyone who has had issues should do so as well. Avia Swim takes money from people. THEY ARE CRIMINALS
I thought this place was a scam. Like an idiot, I fell victim to this website's cute advertisements without doing my research. After I found that they never replied to my emails and my phone calls went straight to voice mail, I was sure I'd never get my bathing suit. I placed my order in mid-march and after efforts to cancel my order, I accepted that I lost 20 bucks. But surprisingly, I got the bathing suit, in July? It's a cheap material (still cute though) and runs kind of small, but I got it so I guess its not really a scam. Still would not recommend though.
I order from this company almost two months ago and got an update only two weeks ago saying that the order has been shipped. Yet I have still not received any package or an update on shipping. I bought two suits from them and wish that I wouldn't have. Do not waste your money on these suits- shop elsewhere.

Do not buy anything from this website. I bought 3 swimsuits well over a month ago and have only received one. The one I did receive is nothing like the picture and the sizing is way off (An XL fits like a Medium). Because the suit didn't fit, I've been trying to return it. Their policy states that I have 14 days to return it upon receiving the item. So I emailed Avia swim with "returns" in the subject, like it said to do, and have heard no response. I have called and emailed every single day for almost 2 weeks. I have heard nothing from this site. And I still haven't received my other swimsuits. The customer service of this site is VERY VERY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Not to mention the swimsuits are not even what they look like online. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
I will continue to post a review for avia swim until I get my refund back or my suits get delivered! This is an awful website to order swim wear from. I had order my suits a month ago and it still says they are being processed. I have called every day for the past 2 weeks and have sent several emails in which they have not responded to either or. I am extremely disappointed and more so pissed off.

I ordered 3 sets of bikinis over 3 months ago and still have not received any tracking details or email to say they have been dispatched. I emailed them a month ago, to no reply. SCAMMERS! FAKE COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I have disputed the transaction with my bank the merchant won't return my calls and emails, I have sent. It's been over a month since the order was placed will be making calls to try and get the company looked into further.
Do not order from these people- they are fake. Any good reviews you see are not real. They disable comments on their Instagram page so no one can see bad reviews. I ordered my swimsuits on May 21st, as of June 24th, I have not received them. They do not respond to emails, and their phone number is fake as well. I have contacted my credit card company to have the transaction reversed. If anyone knows of a way to report this company, please let me know!
They erase all negative reviews. The positive ones are not real. Quality is horrible! Delivery time is over a month. Because its shipped from China. And return policy is 14 days and it's not free. Lol

I had placed an order with Avia almost TWO MONTHS ago and still have not even received a tracking number! Unbelievable. I've tried getting into contact with them and I have had ZERO responses. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! It's a scam!
Ordered a bikini mid-May... two months later after countless emails and messages on Instagram... no replies and no bikini. Fortunately my bank reversed the charge.
If you google vero swim you'll see the same exact complaints you see here. I ordered beginning of May and never received anything. If you ordered from these people call your bank get a refund and report them. They are filtering out their instagram comments of people calling them out and are scamming people left and right and getting away with it.
Never received my order, tried to contact them many times (instagram & mail) but never received any response. Had to contact my visa company to get my money back!
Idk about this website... So in March i ordered from this website and yesterday I received 1 of the 4 i ordered. It says 1 is out for delivery in my city today but I haven't received it yet. Odd that they all shipped separately. But after i had purchased from this website my card information was stolen. Could they have possibly stolen it, yes. Could it be unrelated, yes. I can update if i receive the rest.
I ordered two pairs of bikinis. They took 4 months for items to arrive. Bikinis are not like the photos. They are cheaply made and they aren't practical.
