My experience with AutoDS started out OK. Then profit tracking broke as buy price wasn't updating correctly. This has been broken for 4-5 months without resolution. Dashboard shows I'm making great profits while actually in the hole. This caused me to reconcile my buyer account with AutoDS oders and I've found several buy account charges on my credit card that didn't come from my buyer account. They are fruad but hard to catch if you aren't reconciling your bank chargers against your buyer account. This was followed by failed auto-orders for every order requiring manual intervention. The system stated buy account cancelled the order, yet the order was actually processed. I've argued with support only to be left with work-arounds requiring constant manual intervention which defeats the whole point of this product. No resolution given, no fix, broken indefinitely. Now, recently, I got the same failed orders, yet my item was auto-ordered 4x from the supplier to the same buyer. If I hadn't have caught this quickly, I would be out those charges. Everytime I express my frustrations with this product, they are trying to sell me their mentor service and premium option where they use their own buyer accounts. I'm leaving this platform.

Don't signe up for 14 days trail period please
Hi everyone please stay away from AUTO=DS dropshipping if your new begginer like me and want to sell online from this platform it's a scam I will share my honest review what I have been through so far so I joined the trail period for 1 dollar 14 days just to check how this system work. After 14 days with out my knowledge they have took out large amount of £298.50p out of my paypal account what I used to pay 1 dollar with through my paypal when i signed up for 14 days trail period they saved my paypal details and took money out. The thing is I have not sold anything or listed any proudect to sell and I have not signed up to any of the plans for example 1 month,6 month or for a year even your plans are not for £298.50 a year. So my case is open with paypal at the moment and am gone report them to my bank. I am leaving this review to help others be aware what can happen to you iswell and so far I have open case with AUTO=DS no one has got back to me and they blocked me i can't evan sign into my account just be aware people please avoid its a very good set up scam. I've been using AutoDS for over 4 years, and while I initially found the service useful for automating dropshipping, my experience over the past year has been increasingly frustrating. AutoDS advertises that their system monitors stock and price changes multiple times per day, but my recent experiences prove otherwise.

In multiple cases, I received orders for items that had been out of stock on supplier platforms for weeks, yet AutoDS continued to show them as available. Despite providing comprehensive evidence—including detailed screenshots and timestamps—customer service consistently dismissed my requests for proper compensation. Instead, they offered generic, copy-paste responses, reiterating that their system does not operate in real-time, despite their claims of frequent daily updates.

Over one ticket alone, from October 22 to now, I've exchanged over 90 emails, only to receive templated responses that offer no real solution or accountability. While they did provide a discount on my subscription in the past, it was simply to retain me as a customer and unrelated to any compensation for their service failures. This lack of accountability and genuine problem-solving, coupled with the discrepancy between what they advertise and what they deliver, makes AutoDS unreliable for serious business operations.

If you value accurate monitoring and responsive customer support, I would recommend looking for other options.

The charge a service fee to cancel a subscription. Buyer beware this platform is misleading. My account was flagged for trademark issues after using the platform. They gave bad advice.

I recently tried out AutoDS, an e-commerce platform that claims to help users manage their business on multiple marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. Unfortunately, my experience with AutoDS was very disappointing initially, and I did not recommend it based on the issues I faced.

However, after reaching out to AutoDS with my feedback, they were very responsive and decided to make an exception by refunding my subscription as a goodwill gesture. This shows that AutoDS values customer feedback and is willing to work with users to resolve issues.

The issues I originally faced included lack of clear communication regarding subscription renewal, service terms that charged a 15% cancellation fee, a clunky user interface, and poor customer support. After AutoDS refunded my subscription in full upon my request, my opinion of the platform improved significantly. Their responsiveness and willingness to address my frustrations through a refund demonstrates that they do care about their customers' experiences.

While AutoDS still has room for improvement to its platform and processes, the fact that they worked with me to make things right shows they are listening to users and trying to provide a good customer experience. Based on how they handled my particular issues, I would now give AutoDS a chance and recommend contacting their support team directly with any concerns. When companies show they value customer feedback by taking real action, that goes a long way toward building trust.

SCAM! STAY AWAY
December 6, 2022

I am not sure how did this company got high reviews! Their customer service is so bad and unprofessional! I got charged twice for a service and they refused to refund me! But that's not the important part, the important part is the amount of unprofessional conversations I had with several employees of this company! Absolutely horrible! STAY AWAY from this company if you want to succeed!
