I signed up for a $1 trial with AutoDS and selected "Amazon" as my store type, not realizing it required me to become an Amazon seller to proceed, since they didn't tell me that at signup. I couldn't access the platform - it kept prompting me to finish setup in Amazon, which was more than I wanted to do just to evaluate this service. I tried to change the store type, but there was no option to switch or cancel. I contacted support through their chatbot and email and got no response at all. Then a month later, they charged me $848 for a full year. I never used the platform. I never even got in. When I contacted them again, the chatbot said they'd charge a 15% fee for a refund — over $120 — for a service I never accessed. I disputed the charge with PayPal and Autods fraudulently stated they'd delivered the service. PayPal took their word for it and didn't reverse the charge. Now Autods has totally blocked me from logging in - I can't even access the chatbot to try to get help. This service is a scam.
