I would give a negative number if possible

I can't believe I spent $200 for the tiny bouquet of flowers that were delivered. They were less than half the size displayed on the website. I can't describe how angry I was when I saw what was delivered! They informed me that they did not have the flowers for one of the bouquets I ordered (which is fine), but again the size was just shocking! I'll let the photos do the rest of the talking!
PS: I also had to pay delivery fee for each bunch of flowers despite the fact they were being delivered to the same address!

I was in the hospital recently and my family sent me flowers. I was at the hospital till 2:00 in the afternoon 5/15/15. They delivered the flowers 5/15/15 after I was gone, and just left them at the nurse's station. They made no attempt to contact my family or to have the nurses contact me. Basically they just stole our money. I would not use this company. They are dishonest.

Horrible service

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary and after receiving an email saying that they were scheduled for delivery and after checking the status online and seeing they were labeled as "Out For Delivery" I get another email saying that they were unable to find a florist that could deliver today.

They have no idea what they are doing, I will NEVER use this service again! I was able to use Favor to have flowers picked up and delivered in time, from now on that's what I'll be doing instead!

I ordered the Green Dish Garden for a friend whose brother died unexpectedly. The picture showed a low and full assortment of plants in a white ceramic dish. My friend sent me a photo of what was delivered to her. It was a tall and somewhat gangly assortment of plants in a smaller clear plastic bowl. In addition to the substitution of the dish and a plant or two, the pictured arrangement was more wide than tall, but the delivered arrangement was much more tall than wide. They looked completely different, and at least in my opinion, the delivered item was much less attractive than what was advertised! When I contacted Customer Service to report the issue, I was told that sometimes the florists make substitutions, but that the arrangement delivered was of equal value to the one pictured. Their offer to "rectify the situation" for me, since I was displeased with what was delivered, was to either refund $3.95 (from a $61.59 bill) or to give me a $10 gift card which I could use to order something else from their company. I won't make that mistake again!
