I like ordering from august caps because of the great hat quality for its price. Shipping is usually fast. Sometimes they run out of hats and take a long time to restock which can be frustrating, but overall good experience.

Took two weeks to get one hat. When I contacted support about the shipping I was told to "wait some". Hat finally arrived and it's HUGE! Looks like I'm wearing a helmet with a bill a half mile long. All sales are final so I'm stuck wearing a football helmet hat at my son's baseball game. Don't use these crooks.

This is my third time ordering. My first order in 2022 was great! My order in 2023 was also great! I loved the hats! I even recommended a few people to order from their site. However, this last order I made was extremely disappointing. The hats were made very poorly. You can see hot glue all over the hats. None of the other hats looked like this from previous orders. No big deal. Things happen. I sent an email to them with pictures. They responded by telling me the hats weren't damaged. You can clearly see the damage in photos. They said I could return them, but would have to pay shipping. I can understand paying shipping if you just change your mind. However, paying for shipping when the hats are damaged on their end? That's terrible customer service. Very disappointing. I will never order again. $23.96 is a great price for 3 hats. However, I wouldn't even want these 3 hats for free. Save your money. Buy somewhere else.

I ordered floral caps and i must say August caps are the bomb. These hats are beautiful and so inexpensive. Yes the shipping is a little high but when you add the cost of the hats. You will not get them cheaper anywhere even if you have amazon prime with freel shipping. You will pay more. I got my hats within a week dont buy anywhere else but ausust caps trust me wait till you see the quality for your customers

Sometimes Cheap is just that. I placed an order in a system that to start with was not altogether correct. On the order page it said enter your billing address which in my case was a P. O. box--a note in the upper right field said if the billing was a PO Box that a Physical address was necessary and to supply that in the Comment section. The card I use is a Corporate Bank Card, the company is 27 years old and I order every Friday for my website needs. Well the sale did not go through. Checked the bank, they said it kicked out with incorrect billing address. Back I go, and this time when I hit My Account NOW a Billing AND shipping page miraculously appears. Try to link in the orders and pay again--NOTHING. So I contact Customer service by E-mail and get this back. "Card no good your can't your problem" Well figured it was a typo I write a second time and comes back " We can't help you anything".
I have a Website with 62,000+ subscribers that these hats were to be a free promotion for. I'll get them from elsewhere--I will also tell the world and MY subscribers about this CO. Try to buy USA and what does it get you. STAY AWAY--can you imagine if they had my money and then had a problem?!
