I was about to pay thousands of GBP for buying Highend components. The "seller" (AudioMarkethifi. Comi) sent a contract via e-mail, but without T&C's, no names or data of the seller, the company etc. He agreed to deliver first -infront of payment, but nothing happend for a while. Next step he came back wanting me to pay upfront. In the meantime it's clear in general this "seller" only wants your best - your money!
This is a case for the police... it's their job now to prevent others from furher damage. In advance I write this warning for don#T pay for nothing!
I've paid GBP7,505 for buying a pair of speakers of Sonus Faber Amati Futura. The seller(AudioMarkethiFi) definitely received my payment on Dec 9,2020. But, I've never received the speakers from him. Furthermore, He mailed me a message a few days later, said mockingly" I'm sorry, thanks for your money".
