Auctiontime is great. The only bad experiences I've had bidding on Auctiontime was when the wi-fi goes out which is not their fault. Some of the sellers though need to learn how to use a tape measure when they take photos or put measurements in the description. If there is a gate or even just a piece of wood or post, you can't tell from the picture how long it is.

Have these people ever heard of a tape measure? There are so many things listed for sale that should show a measurement but don't. Even if they'd measure it and put the measurements in the description. I've literally gone to pick something up that I bought and it was either way bigger or smaller than I thought it was. The bidding itself is 5 stars.
Good overall experience. Have purchased several pieces over the years and is generally a smooth process. Ran into a sham outfit once who backed out of an equipment purchase but auction time reps seemed to take it serious in following up.

Getting registered was good bidding good. Paying not so good. I don't do on line banking you don't take credit card so i have to mail a cheque and that takes how many days.bank draft is what bank said is the way to go in paying. I'm waiting for lot # ******* invoice as to pay for all at one time. Lloyd annis

I won the bid on a tractor, which was suspiciously ran all the way up to my limit (a $1750 climb) in a matter of seconds but not over right before the auction closed. Then I was immediately sent an invoice from the guy who listed it expecting a wire transfer of almost $40,000. I have no address for where the tractor is located, I've left the "owner" voicemails with no call backs. Feels like a scam.
Auction times internet format is the poorest I've ever used. I have used purplewave and big iron for years when you win an item you know instantly and the item stays on the side bar. With your quick bid screen it disappears as soon as the sale is over. The items that I was interested in were in three lots spaced too closely together. Not giving me time to assure I got the one item that makes the rest go together. Piss poor I will pay my invoices this time but I'm done with your service. You could learn from Big Iron or pplwave!
Won an auction according to all listed terms. More than 24 hours later, after invoice was received and expenses incurred we were told "the seller backed out" for reasons unknown. Time and money wasted. We have sold equipment at auction and it is expected that you complete the sale under the terms of the auction. Unfortunately here that cannot be expected.
Bidding tools were easy to use and intuitive. Registering was easy and setting up notifications was simple. I used quick bid instead of auto bid which made me feel more in control, but that's just my personal preference

Although I've never been a fan of auctions it's nice to have an option to bid online that's easy to use for bidding. I'm pleased that our local auctioneers can use this platform as well as giving us access to bid on equipment across the country.

Received email saying I was out bid after auction over even though I had indeed won the auction. Never received an email with invoice till after I contacted the auction company directly the following day and still have not received the paid receipt with location and pickup information. It was an odd experience verse the previous times and bid/bought items. Thanks Ryan my cell number is *******291
Bidding on computer is good, but this time I used my I phone and for me it was very clumsy.

Answer: Hi Mohammad, Thanks for reaching out with you question. Each seller has the option to put a Buyers Premium on the listing. If will be displayed under the price with either "No Buyers Premium", or it will display "View Buyer's Premium" to see the added amount that will be charges to the final price.
