The description on the equipment was vague and was inoperative.
It appears the seller purposefully used minimal verbiage to let the buyers know that the unit was in fact inoperative by putting … inop… after the hr meter reading. They did not disclose any other information that would indicate it didn't run.

It is the buyers responsibility to review and inspect the items listed for sale. This can be done by calling the seller, in person inspection or 3rd party inspection, review of pictures and information provided. The description provided by the seller clearly states the item is "inop" OROPS, 93 1/2" WIDE BROOM, SOLUTION SYSTEM, POLY TANKS, TOW PACKAGE, HST, SN- 37730 (HRS SHOW - 1935) **INOP**. Any questions that you had about the description should be addressed to the seller for clarification.

The item photographed in the add was different than the item that I received when I got there. I also asked before I went to pick the item up if there was a loading charge and was told no but I got charged $75 for loading. Not Happy. Not satisfied.
Fred, are you speaking about the Mac Don header? In the listing there is a serial number listed. Is it the same as the header? Also in reading the seller's terms and conditions, it clearly states "Loading with Fee will apply". Please take the time to compare the serial numbers. If there is a discrepancy, please contact the complaints department and file a complaint.

This is the second tractor I have purchased on Auction Time. Both were smooth transactions with the tractors being as represented on the auction platform. Each time I was able to speak directly with the seller to ask clarifying questions.

We went to Auction Time to sell items and they recommended an auctioneer we went with their recommendation, items were sold and auctioneer got paid. We still have not gotten paid, we had to hire a an attorney to try and collect our money. Auction Time has no liability and they basically don't do anything to help get you paid. With so many great Auctioneers out there, I have no idea why anyone would take a chance on using Auction Time. It has been several months now and they have done nothing to help us collect.
Auction Time recommended an auctioneer that has not paid us for the items that were sold. Be very careful with using Auction Time

The whole process from registering and bidding was simple and easy. Like the max bid feature so not having to constantly check site. The alert notification is highly recommended. You set your max bid and if someone else bids higher, your notified immediately.
