I really liked the amount of info I got during the contest. I was guided through the whole process from starting it to the winner selection. Overall it was a great experience.

I'd like it to be slightly less expensive, and I don't like how things i "love" automatically get shortlisted. Also, I'd like to be able to rate after the contest is over.

Great engagement in my contest, with quality content from the individuals participating. This is my second contest with Squadhelp and will continue to use the service in the future.

This is my second contest and I must say the overall experience was awesome! I was amazed at the overall response to my contest and the numbers of entries. Was very hard to choose the winner too.

Easy to use and you get the results you are searching for as long as you put in the time to provide the feedback to the those involved in the contest.

Group submissions together by designer. If I have one person provide the same logo in multiple formats, it's inconvenient not being able to see them grouped as a whole.

Better than I'd hoped - name generation, customer testing, logo design all exceeded expectations & very useful process to help refine wider identity also

Maybe some video tutorials of how to run the contest and how to sift through the creatives. Im not too techie but found it a little hard to work out, got there at the end though!

Everything was really very good. Smooth process and clean overview. Was impressed with the level of communication the creatives gave and the constant updates and email notifications received.

Really enjoyed the whole process - the process is clear and easy to understand. The only issue I had was choosing between such great work and it was uncomfortable to reject the creatives submissions

Love the service. Not all of my questions were answered, and I need to be sure that I get all of the correct sizes and code, but love the idea of crowdsourcing the work. Brilliant!

Squadhelp is beyond expectation - does exactly what it says on the tin! And what you put in, is what you get out of it - the more you engage with their creatives the better the outcome.

While there were alot of responses, - the majority of them came from outside the US - which affected the creative responses. (ex. Nuances to the english language)

I absolutely loved everything about Squadhelp. The package that I chose had a lot of premium stuff. I found the trademarck cheker to be absolutely helpful as well as the audience testing.

Excellent quality of the proposals from the namers. The tool to rate and conversate with the namers is great. You are well guided through the process.

I received close to 400 submissions over 5 days! The entries were well thought out and creative. I would definitely use this service again.
