The company does not care about its employees. Most employee concerns are ignored of took an extremely long time before being addressed. There is also a lack of training and management support, so you are left to figure out things on your own. Some managers are also discriminatory. I had an excellent co-worker who was always ignored by our male manager. She wasn't given any opportunities to do big tasks and was never acknowledge for her work.
