We stayed at the Jerome Hotel and ate at the restaurant at the hotel. We asked for a view table ahead of time. We were told to arrive early which we did. The view tables were given to people who walked in off the street. We will never stay at the hotel again and advise others to also avoid the hotel until the restaurant and hotel start to work together to accommodate hotel guests.
