I order the $40.00 package and recorded the entire/every conversation!
While the psychic was talking my American Express began showing crazy amounts going to Ask Now! I asked the psychic what was up with all the over charging-she insisted she did not know nor did she have a way to keep up with how long we had been talking.
They charged almost 500.00 fraudulently!

Only someone going through a catastrophic emotional breakdown with severe mental illness would pay these rates. Ask Now has to know this. They safeguard themselves with terms and conditions so technically it's not illegal but the whole experience is taking advantage of the mentally unstable. In 2016 I spent over $3000 within 2 months after I experienced coercive control and emotional abuse from my ex boyfriend. I paid the amount due because I did owe it but when I look back at how I was so desperate at that time, it's just so sick. Psychology well people would never call here.

They up sell the reading and won't let me have 5 minutes free reading without my credit card information. I will call my bank tomorrow to cancel any unauthorized transactions. Horrible customer service. I was threatened by him and he yelled at me for no reasons. Terrible.

I had a terrible experience. The psychic did not answer one accurate thing. When I called Customer Support who are supposed to be friendly, they were incredibly rude. I asked for a refund as why should I pay for an inaccurate reading. If you go to their website it says "for entertainment purposes only". Do not use them. They are liars, rude and just downright not nice to deal with

A incredibly terrible site. They placed unauthorized charges on my card as well as did not live up to their claim of trying to satisfy customer if the customer isn't satisfied with reading. They will periodically charge your card for no reason as well as supply truly horrible customer service. I was appalled. The psychics do everything within their power to keep you on the phone, claiming they're "tuning into" your partner, etc. All stalling tactics. This site gives all psychics a bad name. They will make you feel like the spiritual realm is nonsense. I am reporting to the better business. No one should be treated like this.

They spam you offering a 15 minute reading for $10. When you call in, a used car salesman tells you that they never said that. The price is $30 or $40. Then, after you hang up, they charge for extra minutes. These are not real, gifted psychics. They are tarot card readers.

I purchased a package from them. How funny is I spoke to at least 5 psychics already asking the same question but each of them giving me a different answer. Also. Customer service is rude about the refund. All they say is we r not going to refund u. What, the heck? Is that how service suppose to be. Also psychic seems to drain on the minutes by telling non related things. Totally liars and scam.

I been fooled by this company AskNow.com same emails. Don't waste your time and space for your emails from them. People don't want to be cheated on false information. Their emails is like keep being the sane ones constantly then they try to change so it seems like a new email. People do not give your email to them. I did and I regret wasting my precious time reading emails from them. Now I am more careful and I know better from this lesson.Be smarter who you give your information to.

Wow, is all I can say about their unethical practices. I have talked to several of the readers on this site, and I cannot believe what they were told to do to get the clients to spend more money! I need to supplement my income, so I have been looking for online work with REPUTABLE companies, because my personal business hasn't been doing so well. I submitted an online application to Ask, but I will not go further than that. So glad I found these reviews. Now I need to look up the other companies I was thinking about applying for. I would never compromise my integrity to earn a dollar.

I've tried a few online psychic networks and the pay per minute companies were extremely expensive and the predictions never came to pass. While reading reviews, I found a psychic network called Tarotti.com and they were not pay per minute and overall seemed affordable.

Unlike asknow.com and others, none of their psychics beat around the bush, jabbering on with irrelevant, unrelated nonsense, like the beauty of my turquoise aura and so forth, trying to take up my time.

The psychics I selected at tarotti.com went well over the purchase time and were brilliant. I was "home!" They are really great and I feel that I'd be lost without my Savantace. I used three different psychics there and loved them all.

Think about it... all of these bad reviews are not found on the Asknow website. Everyone has a good review so basically all the psychics on the website are great... YEAH RIGHT. Then it hit me... I rated a psychic twice for two readings at a poor rating but when I was went to my reading details on the website, it says I gave the psychic 5 stars and I know I absolutely did not

Please done use this website, psychics use your time and money talking about their life, and take at least 40. Minutes to start your reading. I hung up, I got tired of hearing about her life and other readings she's done. I'm putting in a complaint for fraud and being thiefs. They put everything in disclaimer, bull$#*! trick advertisement. Customer service is $#*!, don't even try to get your money back through them.

I bought online 20 minutes for 40.00. Picked my psychic and recieved a phone call. I did not see anywhere where it said psychic was a master psychic and the package deal did not apply! Got my credit card bill and there were 4 charges on it. 40.00 which I expected, then 7.80,78.00 and another for 407.00! I called and spoke with the rude "so called" customer service people. These idiots do not care and I'm sure get the same complaint all day everyday and WILL NOT ADJUST BILL! The website is misleading on purpose. This is a scam company. RUN!

I called purchased 40 min for 40 dollars, took me 4 readings before anyone actually even talked to me. By then I only had 20 min. Called for my reading didn't hear a buzzer and my credit card got charged an additional 89 the first try, 1.00 for attempting it, and an additional 139.00 to verify if My card was any good plus an additional 8.99. Called to ask and the idiot James with his monotone voice made it seem like it was ok to continue charging my card. Said he didn't care if I wrote a review. Please if you're in need of a reading and go on this site, make sure ypu don't use a card they could continue to have access to. Your minutes will be up before anyone even starts your reading.

This company does not operate with integrity or openness. The customer service is deplorable. Leaving people vulnerable homeless, hungry and suffering. This is the worst service I have had even worse than Walmart.com

Gave this a shot on the account of all the uncertainty going on. The lady "forest" couldn't have been further off from what's going on it's crazy! Talking about my job taking off and finding true love online... I've been a stay at home mom and happily married for years... Said my husband almost died at a young age which isn't true at all according from him. She basically knew nothing about me from the get go and was rambling crazy things that never happened or was even possible. I gave hints and she was still way off... Waste of time and money!

When trying to politely say good bye and thank you for their time the highest ranked will manipulate you to continue speaking with them. Customer service will also try to play dumb as if that doesn't happen and again try to manipulate it as if you being rude, when you are merely assertive and stern in your tone. I will say that when I stated I was being assertive in my disappointment and merely wanted to make sure I was not going to continue to be charged that I was not rude, however I did become quite rude once I was accused of being so. All in all if you decide to use this service be sure to forget those manors and simply hang up once you hear the tone. Customer service is quite keen to twist it up. I would suggest seeking a more reputable service. They do not provide confirmation request either, at least that's what they stated when I requested one. Keep track on your bank account.

This place has the worst physics and customer service ever! I ordered through Spiritual Society and didn't realize I was connected to Ask Now. I was given a special promo to speak with 2 psychics. One rambled on and on about nothing, didn't even ask a question and the other just sounded like a broken record. She kept saying "You're a beautiful soul. Do you know that? Do you know that? I am going to help. I will help you" about 1000X. Management had to review the calls and gave me 10 free minutes even though I requested a refund. The free minute call was so choppy, I couldn't hear anything she was saying. We had a poor connection and now that call is "under review." Customer service people are rude and the psychics are awful. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. This has to the worst company to get a reading from and has wasted so much time. I would much rather just get my refund and be done then to be talk with someone from this company.

The reading was all about herself. She said I would get married. I'm already married. Told me nothing about me. I was charged over 1100. 00 us dollars. I called customer service 4 times to resolve charges. No readings but one. They tried to charge my account again yesterday and I had my card canceled. Fake readings scams and untruthful. This needs to stop. I will pay what I owe, but not for no readings. Scammers. Beware

This is a scam! You will not get your question answered and you will get billed high rates no guarantee like California Psychics! There is no customer service! I can't even give zero starts for rating. I have to select 1 to continue.

Ok, so i tried this because ive been looking for real guidance because most of the psychics i tried were off or quoted off my horoscope. I constantly got spam from them saying i was gonna meet the love of my life or your gonna get money soon etc and none of that ever happend and im just done with fakes. I have found one who described my soul mate perfectly and i will use them and remove myself from there victim list!

She was too slow. Wasted time making me wait for more than 3 minutes. Asked me for names and DOBs multiple times. And after all that her English was bad and her typing was too slow with mistakes... She cant call herself as an expert... Liveperson.com... Do you evaluate these people before they come on board as experts? Your quality sucks...

I purchased the $10 package that comes with 3 mins free with a master psychic. I spoke with the master psychic Michael Ryan who literally sat on the phone for over the 3 min limit speaking incredibly slow and saying "um, I feel that." the entire time. He didn't answer any of my questions, Didn't even make it through the reading before I was automatically sent to customer service for a 156 dollar bill, because the reading had switched over to $13/min after the 3 mins were up. Do NOT use this site they are a SCAM. You would do better going to Oranum (I had a bad experience with them too because one of their psychics gave me bad information); but atleast they'll actually give you a reading, instead of blatantly stealing your money!
