Translation of documents by ASAP are not consistent with the other documents (birth certificates) previously translated by ASAP and my Fiance Ukrainian issued passport (with USA Tourist Visa). My fiance name in ASAP recent order (Divorce Document) does not match her Ukrainian issued passport name and does not meet the Ukrainian translation standards. If submitted, UCIS will reject the documents and K1 Application. I now will have to resubmit all the documents to another agency and pay a second time to have the same documents translated from Ukrainian to English. How can ASAP can guarantee 100% acceptance by UCIS and all government agencies if the translation is inconsistent in three different instances. They refused to make corrections and address these inconsistencies and accuracy of their translation services.
