Somerset initially helped me in late October when I was trying to book an emergency flight to Manila. She did everything to get me a flight and it was successful except that the planned trip didn't materialize because my brother rallied. I canceled the trip and initiated it again today and she made the same thoughtful approach to my needs and did wonders for me. She's very compassionate and understanding and those are traits needed for a good sales rep
