Just as his name is unlike no other, his service was distinct. Very patient, very friendly. Gave me lots of choices and even if i had chosen a flight and then change a couple of times, he was very patient. Patient also in explaining the details of each segment of a flight. And he's very nice to talk to. He's an asset to your company.

My ASAP agent, Jeff, was given one set of parameters then I reset them, twice, and he wasn't bothered. We started early in the afternoon, and finished up at nearly 10 PM. He was in good humor for about 6 calls.
