I was sold two round trip tickets by Diaz in July. I specifically requested Economy class so there would be no additional charges for baggage fees and seat selection. I was promised by Diaz my tickets were Economy and his paperwork showed "Economy Class". Only after I contacted the airline directly did I find out they were, in fact, Basic Economy class. This meant I had to pay hundreds of dollars extra for baggage fees and seat selection for myself and my daughter. I was lied to by Diaz just to make the sale. When I called to complain, Diaz promised a refund of the baggage fees if I sent him the receipts. I sent the receipts in an email. No response. I emailed and called ASAP numerous times about this matter with no response. Each time I call, I am promised a return call from a "supervisor" to resolve the problem but NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK. This has been going on for three months. I call and speak to an agent who promises to "escalate" the case to a supervisor and tells me someone will call back in one hour, 24 hours or 3-5 days. It doesn't matter. No one ever calls me back and they will never transfer your call directly to a supervisor. I am still waiting for my call back and refund as promised. This is a shady, criminal business who will say anything to make the sale with lies and unethical behavior. Then they hide behind their system which makes it impossible for you to ever speak to someone who could hold these liars responsible for fixing the problems they created and refund customers as promised.

My agent (Westwood) promised me to make changes to my ticket for 2-3 weeks, he kept saying he was working on them and he never emailed me the updated ticket. Their sales agents are total liers, they would say that someone is working on your order and that is not true, that supervisor will call back and nobody calls back. What the are good at is charging you money. I wish I didn't leave tips to this agent initially. No not waste your time with them. Find a reliable agent.
