We started on the wrong foot, and I had to put a hold on her and say, "You are being bossy." Unlike others, she was very kind and positive. She mentioned that no one has ever bothered to mention this to her, and she is happy to fix it and continued to help me further and support me better till the end. She did support me very well and was very patient with me until the end. Even when my system hugged upon me, she tried alternative ways to reach out and book the flight for me.
