I ordered then they wanted another 100 for shipping, then I get a call from shipper saying they wanted 400 for insurance. I never got product, or my money back. I will shut down this site

I had previously placed orders with Aromatic in 2021/2022 with no problem receiving my order. Then in March 2022 my order is placed on hold, 'for insurance payment' of 250. I told them I wasn't paying it and to refund my order payment. They even asked me to take payments from other customers for them via Venmo, Bitcoin, etc cause they were Zelle issues. Till this day I still have yet to receive a refund or my order. The number on the website is no longer is service is now a whatsapp chat only

They took my money. Please don't deal with this scammers … sad ppl do ppl like this in they work hard for they money

I placed a $500 order and it was stopped at the Philippines border and they wanted $300 USD or it would be seized.
It will Not make it to Australia

Scam (no question at all) - not even a good one, payment via bitcoin, fake vendor shows little interest in timely communication or even trying to sound professional, will use a non-reputable (non-existant) shipping company (such as https://usexpresshipping.com or https://generistling.co) with extortionate "insurance" fees which are ongoing and never end - as long as the 'customer' keeps paying insurance, more insurance will be required - products don't exist and will never ever arrive. Review results for the shipping company website are micro-managed and nearly 100% of them are actually hosted on the domain being reviewed. Considerable effort is put into protecting the bogus public reputation of the bogus shipping company. Reviews for Aromatic Herbal Incense website are much easier to find.

Any positive feedback is internal again this is definitely a scam.
Would agree with other reviews Australia Post tracking numbers are false and communication is 0 do not trust and definitely do not send any money!

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! They were using Zelle as a payment option and NOW they will tell you they are having Zelle issues and to pay by money order, that's because I had their Zelle flagged as fraud and the account was closed. If you read the reviews on their actual website and google that review with copy and paste, you will find those same exact reviews for several bogus websites. Check the bottom of the website itself and check the copyright date, if it's date is 2022 it's FAKE.

Do not do business with this company. They are not reliable- they scam you out of your money and say order is shipping then stop communication and stop responding- *******884 is the business number they use - and they use a bot system jivochat to answer chat messages

It's so tough getting herbal incense these days. Then a friend told me about Aromatic herbal incense. They typically have everything I needed. Placed an order for overnight shipping and I got my tracking number in a couple of hours. I was wowed when I got my package and honestly it was super strong! Just as I wanted it. They are good! Will be ordering from them every week! Thank guys kudos for an awesome customer service as well.

These people are totally fake and have a fake shipping company. Do not even go to their website. Total thieves.

I purchased herbal incense from this website. I had to pay by bitcoin, as hey said their paypal account had problems. There was a minimum order of $260. They sent me shipping details, that were fake. I tried to follow the link, but the shipping company didn't exist. I then got a message from aromatic herbal incense, saying my package was delayed at customs, and i needed to pay $200 insurance to ensure it gets through. Customs here always call me if any package is held. There was nothing. The whole thing is fake.
