I ordered a watch as a wedding present for my husband to be. I received this over 1 week ago and it is NOT A GENUINE WATCH! The packaging is shocking, the box doesnt even close. There is no way I can give this as a gift. Not that I would give fake goods anyway!
It states on the website the return slip would be included with the item which it hasn't therefore I have emailed them everyday since and I have yet to receive a response.
I am now left with a fake designer watch & £118 out of pocket! Disgraceful to say the least!
