No help and no response

I was trying to correct the address right after I order, I sent an email to customer service immediately then 3 days later they told me they can't help because the order is shipped. They asked me to contact the logistic but I was told by logistic company the address could only be updated when it is requested by Ardene.
I emailed again to Ardene but they refused to help on this issue and I emailed again a week before to ask for follow up but no response. Now my order is stuck.

Beginning to finish, shopping on their website was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had! Their app constantly freezes and refreshes so if you were looking at something you lose it and have to start over. Their app completely stinks altogether.
Then my stuff was taking forever and was late. Then the tracking stated it was in the next city, so from experience ordering from other places I should have had it the next day, they sent it in the OPPOSITE direction to an ENTIRELY different province! And I contacted them about 6 times and in 2 weeks no one would respond! They totally ignore you, this is how they treat their customers! Anyway It took 9 days to get BACK to the city it was in, in the first place! What a total joke of a shipping company they use! This horrible experience to be charged $250 for 10 items of dollar store like clothes! K we know Ardene has cheap stuff, but if you go in the store sometimes you can find a nice pair of pj pants or a pretty sweater, at least there's "some" "ok" stuff, but online it's all like fashion nova stuff, thin cheap garbage material with threads already hanging off. It's disposable clothing! Wear once and throw out. It's not made to fit, you have to be 6 feet tall or taller for the pants to fit, the tops are made to fit very awkwardly, like they have kindergarteners sewing the clothing. Out of everything there was one item I liked.
My heart sank that I spent $250 on a bunch of stuff that I don't like, won't fit, I won't wear and will go in the garbage! What a waste of time and energy, all to be stressed out and frustrated. This clothing is worth about $30 at the most! It's a rip off, they don't care about you, they are rude and unprofessional there's nothing good to say about them. If I could give them -100 stars I would.

Do not not order anything online from Ardene. I was sent a pair of defective shoes. I returned them through Canada post a month ago. It took them a month to process it. And you have to pay $5 stocking fee. I received my shipment, but the shoes were yellow when the were suppose to be white. They were not refunded. I have been on hold for almost 2 hours…no luck yet. Message keeps saying you can send an email…don t fall for that. I waited close to three weeks to hear back from them. Finally I had to call and be on hold another hour. It's a bad business. Buy in store NOT online!

If you buy something online and it does not fit or is not what you expected, you may not even get an exchange or store credit if the price was sold at a discount. Now we are stuck with clothing that doesn't fit and goes in the garbage. Horrible customer service. Worst I have seen

Ardene a place to avoid
December 10, 2021

Terrible customer service and staff. Manager in store lied to me about the fact that I could make a return and corporate management did nothing about it. Be careful, policy was taped on a little piece of paper that was unreadable in store and was pointed out to me by the cashier when I when to make a return. Will never put foot in any of their stores again.

One year ago I was new in Canada and want to purchase some clothes I was unaware regarding the brands here that which are good or bad. My friend who is also new like me suggested me to do shopping from here. I do shopping of 500$ and when I wore the clothes first time there was some holes on fabric worst quality I must say. I will not visited there store anymore and anytime.

These people are unreliable. They told me my order didn't go through so I did another the next day. What do you know i'm being charged twice for the same $#*!. Even though I contacted them right away they wouldn't cancel even though it's their fault.

Upsetting
August 30, 2022

The clothing I got is very thin and feels like shein clothing- just more expensive. This is very upsetting as I was very excited to get my clothes, only for it to be sizes smaller than I ordered- and thin. Don't waste your money here! Big regret!

While waiting on line to pay my items, the cashier telling me to download the app so I can get a 20% discount, even though i downloaded as i showed them but since my phone couldn't load up the app after downloading since it a bit slow, so I didn't get the 20% as told. Everything is no return. I felt strange about this store.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes that I placed in my cart today. At checkout the total was 35.00 for the shoes. Hit pay 192.00 came off my credit card. Apparently your cart saves old stuff that you placed from long ago but doesn't actually show the items in your cart until you recieve the order email confirmation. Very sneeky Adrenes... this what you resort too to make your money. Is business that bad?
You should be ashamed of yourself. Called customer service minutes later and they are unable to
Cancel or modify the order once placed... useless! I can assure you all the cheap China BS items you sneeky made me paid for will be returned the second i get the opportunity. Ill never again be shoping here again.

I placed an order a month ago and still waiting for any kind of update. My order just says "processing". I have emailed 3 times because you cannot even get through on the phone line... busy signal now matter how many times during the day you try. I have tried to even call a store to see if there is another contact number... all their numbers go straight to busy as well! They have my money and I have no product!

Stealing money

Stealing money. They charged me for an item that they didn't have anymore. However it was available on the website.

I got this message:
The item you picked is really popular! Unfortunately the following item(s) in your order are no longer available. Sorry about that!

I bought just two times on the Ardene website and both of the orders I have problems with. The second time I decided to give them a chance but I got a headache again. A good advice, don't buy from them anymore. I learned my lesson.

Please do not buy online like a reviewer said earlier unless you plan on keeping. Do not use PayPal when you go to return at the store such confusion at least 20 minutes trying to figure out how to process it then say store credit because of PayPal. Bottom line stick to the well know department stores and no headache then want to keep your receipt when I said make a copy no copy machine had to use her cell phone. I will use this store credit I was forced into and I'm done

The worst company ran by a bunch of jokers.
One star as its what choose.
The worst customer service, sorry no customer service. I placed an order two weeks back, and it is still 'processing'. Calling, there is no answer, emailing states someone will reply in a couple of days. Forget days, no one replies in weeks.
Selfish management know that they will keep making money and don't give a damn about customers or customer service...
Keep its up, won't last for long...

Downhill: rock bottom

Bought stuff online for Christmas presents. Trying to buy gifts on a budget. The sweatpants came THE POCKETS WEREN'T SEWED! They had a huge hole in them! It came with two dresses I didn't order, one was nicely packaged and the other was separately not even in an Ardenes bag, wrinkly and smelly. Like it was used before. It was disgusting. An additional amount of money was taken from my account, I had to argue with customer service for an hour and still they won't give me my money back. I didn't shop at any additional store so I know theyre the ones who have my extra money I was saving for rent. The "super soft" pants are so soft but the fact the pockets aren't even sewed.

Never ever!

Never ever buy their black sleep pj's! I bought the super soft pj tee and it turned my sheets grey! I washed the pj's at least 20 times. It ruined my $300 sheets and left a grey shadow on my duvet cover.
GARBAGE CLOTHING CHEAP YES NOT WORTH THE DAMAGE.

Typically when i go the service is very nice and welcoming, but when i went today the lady was just rude! I went to the willowbrook mall and she was a white lady in her 40s-50s and was just rude. They were closing soon but I just asked her be question about returns and she gave the snippiest attitude. Horrible experience and that is not how you talk to your customers. No wonder no one really goes in there.
