I just want to take this opportunity to thank Agent Flora for her understanding. She took the time to explain everything to me and encourage me to follow through, even when I was very hesitant and wanted to drop the case. It was nice working with you guys, I couldn't have picked a better company.

I am being kind with the title, so as not to flag the algorithms... I contacted them, because it had been suggested that they could help me recover funds that I could not withdraw from a crypto exchange. 15% fee, half up front. Proof of purchase has been uploaded here. After 4-5 days, they contacted me saying that they already had my funds, BUT, that now, I need to send them additional funds because they are going to sue and bring down the exchange. Of course, I said no. So I have lost around $1380. I was able to withdraw funds on my own from exchange, at a loss, but that is another story...
