Do NOT order from this company. It is a scam. After 2 months I received 2 tiny wooden Santa figures worth maybe $2. I put out $47.15 for 2 trees. I have requested a refund.
Ordered a seaglass christmas tree, and like everyone else, received instead a wooden gnome decoration. I contacted culture chic and requested the correct item or a full refund. They responded with an offer of a 10% discount! They admitted their advertisement was misleading, but expected me to pay them another $20 to return the unwanted item they had sent. Unbelievable!
Same as other reviews. Ordered glass sea Christmas tree, received junk wooden Christmas scene. They have refused to send a refund or send what I ordered. Absolutely a ripoff.
These folks are crooks. I ordered a seashell Christmas tree. Took 2 months to get and it was NOT what I ordered. They sent this little wooden Santa thing. I'm still trying to get my money back. Same excuses as the lady who ordered sea glass Christmas trees.
This company is from China. Don't even mess with them. They get no stars!
I paid almost 50.00 for two Christmas trees and they sent me 2 gnomes. I never even saw the gnomes they sent me nor do I even know what they cost. They only wanted to give me a 10% credit and keep what I got and didn't want! I will never order from here again! They hide where the company is from. Chinese not Australian!
This company does deceptive advertisements. I ordered a Coastal Shell Christmas Tree and received a wooden Gnome Christmas decoration. The picture in the advertisement specifically shows a lady holding a shell tree. I am now "fighting" with them to get my money refunded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I have added photos below. The first one shows my invoice with the picture of the Christmas Tree. The middle picture shows what I received and the final picture shows the tree I saw on the website before I ordered.
I bought 2 Sea Glass Christmas trees@ 19.95 each plus shipping and handling. They sent me 2 wooden (cheaply made very small) christmas decorations I suppose. It's a Santa next to a tree with snow on it. When I reveiwed my receipt I noticed that I ordered the correct item however the company said that I ordered what was sent. I sent proof of the description of the item that they sent me after placing the order. They then said that I could keep the items and they will refund me 10% of my order! Otherwise they said it would cost me over $20. To return the item back to China! I said that this is totally unacceptable since this was THEIR error not mine. Cancelled via paypal since this company is a total bait and switch operation. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! The items are overpriced for what you get if you actually get what you order!
