The parts arrived and were totally worthless. Not OEM. Not close. Oh Yeah. I got what I paid for and then returned them. These are not the parts you are looking for. This is not the vendor you want. They did not email an order confirmation. Stay away from these folks. Their abysmal reviews say it all.
Do not order from here. They put in a zip that was wrong. Never received. No way to contact them. No refund
Before I'm forced to write a poor review... I'm trying to get in touch with Orlando. My refrigerator still isn't working despite changing out a part. Could someone please get in contact with him to call the person who's refrigerator he worked on on Friday in the ******* zip

All three are the same business with the same scams. They charge up to a 50% restocking fee and you pay to ship both ways. I'm not wasting more time and money trying to get e partial refund. The part is going in the trash. Buyer Beware!
Phones all state out of service. No viable way to contact. Companies like this should be removed from the internet by the Federal Trade Commision. This is. Probably crook running a business from his garage with no running capital because he pockets everyone's money. Hopong this place runs out of money. I will be contacting Visa to report them hoping to get them shut dowm.
Mistake with order - my fault (supposedly) - that's all good but in trying to talk to company - I was depressed how poor the customer service is.
See a lot of poor reviews. After market door handle for my Whirlpool washer was $2.00 from ApplianceZone plus $6.95 shipping. Part from Whirlpool was around $35.00. Ordered on Friday, showed up Monday. Poor reviews from others had me thinking twice but thought I would give the after market a shot, not much to lose. Glad I did, couldn't be happier.
So I purchased this Samsung water dispenser paddles! July 1,2020 I go check July 9th, 2020 still not fulfilled! After emails bouncing back I then contact PayPal. There is no phone number to contact these people at appliance zone so you have to rely on emails ( horrible). So I asked for a refund because the item was not in stock and would not be until July 22-30,2020 after getting denied a refund PayPal gets involved and this person gets highly upset that I went to PayPal to get my refund. PAULA ALLEN Email me and said that since I went through PayPal that now I will have to wait to the last possible day for her to answer PayPal's request! I told her I would wait patiently because one way or the other she would have to refund me 115.00 her answer was PayPal has ny money get it from them! Well I did I get it from them and they took it from her! Nasty person nasty place to do business and if you do use PayPal at checkout. Thieves never win... kudos to PayPal for an extremely fast refund...
I ordered parts for my Whirlpool dryer and the parts not only arrived quicker than expected, they were less than what I had seen from either Whirlpool direct or other online parts providers. Parts were first class and worked like a charm.

I ordered knobs for my stovetop that they claimed were for my make and model. They did not fit. When I spoke to them they said I should use a pair of pliers to "adjust" the posts that they push into. I dii not want to do that to my $500 stove so I sent them back. Besides making me pay to have them sent to me I also had to absorb the charge to ship them back PLUS a 20% shipping fee. They also included in their correspondence a website for their sister company (Appliance Zone.com) that carries OEM products at a price higher than the manufacturer. And now they will be sending these parts that have not been manufactured to spec to someone else! Deceptive, dishonest, and dirty.
I ordered a part from their website and selected 1-2 day shipping, which was listed at $16.95. When I went to pay for my order, it had increased to $17.95. I needed the part quickly, so I paid it. My order should have arrived on Wednesday, but didn't arrive until the following Monday. I ended up having to find and purchase the product locally, which took a considerable part of my day. I asked for a refund from Appliance Zone and they refused! Will never consider ordering from them again.
A few months ago I purchased a computer board from appliance zone. The item was marked as "New" on the website. Upon arrival the item was clearly marked "reconditioned" and the item did not work. I contacted appliance zone. While I was communicating with them about the item marked as "New" they changed it to "reconditioned" on the website and told me that it never was advertised as "New." Appliance Zone now told me that I would have to pay for shipping and restocking fees.
After being lied to, I contacted my credit card company and they agreed that I should withdraw payment. I withdrew payment of $153 from my credit card to appliance zone and now I received a "bill" in the mail for $200.07. The letter is poorly written and ends with...
"We understand medical billing is not always simple to understand, but we can help."
Clearly they just copy and pasted something they found on the internet and have no idea what they are doing.
STAY AWAY! This company is complete garbage and I'm reporting them for fraud in IN and ND.
Three weeks after I ordered parts for my dishwasher, STILL nothing!
Each time I contacted them, they said, it's on it's way or we're waiting on the warehouse or some other excuse. They promised tracking info that never came. Would not give me a refund until I opened a dispute case against them with PayPal. Only then did they give me a refund.
Stay away from this scam company!
I ordered an ice maker online. The wrong model was sent. And it had damages to it. So when I emailed them to ask about the damages. They told me to file a claim with my post office. I am livid! Whoever that handles the emails shows no sign of helping or trying to resolve anything. They completely blow you off.
Do not use this company. If anything is wrong you will be left hanging
I bought a part for my washing machine, before I receive it, I found out that I don't need this part. Try to return it for refund or for credit, they refused saying the part has been used. Never use it, the only reason I open the box is to stick order paper inside for my refund.
When I open the box to put the return paper inside I found it that the part has no protection or bag or even instruction, when I tried to explain what happen my email only, they stop respond. I lost my $118 also I lost the part because the refuse to return it to me on my expense.
They said it was free shipping but the included in the price for the shipping. Worst part it got lost in the mail and they did not insure it. FEDEX told me the shipper which is appliance.com needs to file it to Fedex. BUT they don't want anything to do with it. This company bis a RIP OFF! BEWARE. I have proof the fedex did not deliver.
I ordered seals from my refrigerator and freezer, but before they came in I was called away on a family emergency. My refrigerator had to be replaced while I was away.
When I return home I emailed Appliance Zone and requested a refund. I was told that there would be an "up to a 20% " charge for restocking, depending on the condition of the packaging. I never open the boxes and returned them just as they were sent to me. They charged me they the full 20%, which amounted to $47.00.
When they ship a part and something is wrong with it they will not replace it, STAY AWAY! The part they sent me was not any good so they said after I called they said to bad but it is what it is
Ordered simple water filters for my Kitchen Aid frig.
Figured 5 to 7 days shipping time. Two weeks later contacted them through "live chat" ( can't speak to a real person) and was told they were on backorder. Decided to purchase somewhere else because they couldn't tell me when they would ship. Cancelled the order and decided to check my account for the heck of it. They had already charged my account and a few mintues later received an email saying I would be put at the back of the line if I cancelled. I emailed them back and confirmed I wanted to cancel the order. No response back until 2 weeks later when I got a confirmed shipping email. Contacted them and was told they never received a cancel order.
To top that off they sent me two generic filters that I could have purchased from a dozen places for $12.00 a piece instead of $44.00 a piece.
These people are running a scam on people so STAY AWAY!
Ordered a part on Dec 18,2016. Received a confirmation on Dec 21,2016 that the part has been shipped. According to the tracking, it came to south heaven, MS on Dec 24,2016. Than it just stopped. The estimated delivery date was showing Dec 28,2016. I did not get it. Waited next day. Did not get it. Later in the day I called and found that there was no live person to talk to. So, on the chat I told the lady what was going on. She told me that the carrier would have to be contacted by me. Why me? Anyway, next day ( today) I found email telling me to get in touch with fedex claims and file a claim and wait 2 to 3 more days before the company can send me a replacement. I told her in the email that I will wait till jan 02,2017 for my part and than contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. No solid answers given on the situation.
Will not deal with this again and advise all to stay away also.
Answer: I would say it is a scam. They sell after market products that my not be compatible with your appliance. They charge a 20% restocking fee if you return the item even if defective and you pay shipping both ways.
Answer: There is no phone number published so that is impossible. They do respond to email but are not interested in helping you.
